We recently went shopping for our first hot tub, and visited three suppliers in our local area (Norfolk/Suffolk). Of the three suppliers, Hot Tub Village was the stand out. It was an easy decision to buy from them. Great service, attention to detail, competitive pricing. Kris Kemp was great on the comms via email and phone before and after installation. Answered all my (many) queries and concerns as a first time hot tub buyer! The whole process was so easy. We now have a fabulous hot tub installed and have been using it every day. (It is life enhancing!) We'll definitely use Hot Tub Village for all our chemical supplies and servicing. I've compared prices online and have not found anywhere to beat them on price for named brand chemicals. So I have now saved the Hot Tub Village online shop webpage to my shortcuts. Highly recommend for the whole process of buying and maintaining hot tub from beginning to end.

My review of Hot tub village Jacuzzi
This was my first purchase of hot tub although had experience with other brands the Jacuzzi brand stands proud and has a passion for striving to succeed all the staff were great with the install delivery they were brilliant to deliver my new hot tub before Christmas very happy

Excellent Staff all the employees are like one big happy family.
When I purchased a hot tub I had lots of questions whenever I popped in or telephoned them they always had time to listen to my concerns and address any issues I had come across.
Like will it fit how much running costs etc etc.Tony and his wife Helen Chris Nick the two Johns and This and That a local crane operator who lifted my hot tub over the 18ft garage.
From start to finish they have done an exemplary job.
If you are deciding to get a hot tub you can’t get better service than Hot Tub Village

Easy going, knowledgeable sales staff. Receptive to clients’ timescale and concerns re delivery and installation. Able to recommend experienced builder and electrician.

The hot tub came and the guys delivering it were great . The only problem was no one had told us that we needed to extend the cable that was in place for our old tub . This meant that the tub was unable to be connected. The upshot being that, thankfully, an electrician was able to come out the next day and finish the job .
I was a little disappointed with this as there was a site survey to determine if the tub could be fitted in the first place .
Anyway, it’s up and running now and great 👍

Tony and all the team at Hot Tub Village were brilliant, from start to finish, we had our tub craned in, and had complete confidence in all the processes due to their knowledge, friendleness, professionalism and care, really pleased with our Jacuzzi j335 and the ongoing support from the Village team, totally recommend.

Brilliant service from showroom to installation. Site visit was invaluable and they even arranged to take away the old spa. The crane driver they used (Shane) was excellent, on on delivery/installation day, Simon and Tony were efficient, friendly, and very professional. Overall a great experience

From our first visit to Hot Tub Village showroom, Tony, the owner, was very helpful and provided us with a lot of useful information in order that we could choose a hot tub that best suited our needs.
From purchase to installation everything went very smoothly and Tony visited us at home to talk us through the maintenance and how to correctly balance all the chemicals.

My husband and I purchased a Jacuzzi Hot Tub from Tony and the team at the Hot Tub Village in the summer. Tony is very knowledgeable about the Jacuzzi product which helped us choose the right hot tub for our family and outside environment. The installation team were friendly and tidy. There is a lot of post-purchase support and chemical training, which is conducted at your home, once the Jacuzzi has been installed. The welcome pack was a really super touch, which included goodies for our family to enjoy our new hot tub! Since our purchase, we have contacted the Hot Tub Village to ask questions, there is always someone to help and give the best advice. We are really pleased with everything, thanks to a great team!

Hi we saw the selection of jacuzzi hot tubs at the village and was very impressed with there range and friendly knowledge we bought and they installed it’s been a great purchase and Tony is always on the end of the phone with tips on keeping the unit clean and the water as clear as a bell

I would recommend this company even when there is an issue they deal with it in a professional manner
