Extremely disappointing. I purchased a product which didnt work as described (ECO3SPA) and so I complained. HottubsUK did forward my complaint to the ECO3SPA manufacturer, however the response was disappointing. I also reviewed ECO3SPA and the review was submitted for checks and then never appeared on the website. ECO3SPA was expensive and as it doesn't work I found an alternatie prodct. My advice don't wast your money on it!

In respose to your comment about my review. There was no mention when I purchased the product that it would not work so well with an inflatable spa. I've checked your website again - there is still no mention that it doesn't work so well with inflatable spa. Why not add this guidance so the next customer doesn't face the frustrations I did?

We followed the instructions for preparing the tub exactly. We had also already increased the dosage of tablets when the water started to smell and discolour and before I contacted you with my complaint. There was no improvement. I didn't take you up on the offer of the new tablets as I had already sourced an alternative product as I wanted to get my hot tub straight back into use again. I feel my review is a fair reflection of my experience.

The orders were confirmed as expected on time. The services was very good, my old spa cover was due to be collected when the new one was delivered and as I was not certain of the time of arrival I was out but a nice not through the door said that my new cover was left ‘on the hot tub’ and they had sorted and removed the old one with out me being needed. Great service and the quality of the new product is very good... so much lighter than the old one so very pleased!

Excellent product - the extras paid for on top of standard package were well worth it.

Ordered a new hot tub lid which fitted perfectly and very happy with it just very disappointed that played the extra to fast track it in 10 days and it took 3 weeks

this is the best sanitising product we have had and straightforward to use.

my only small gripe is the user instructions as they could be a bit more informative. that said an email to the team and I had a quick answer.

Great product. Delivered item is as specified and fits our existing hot tub as expected. The dimensions I gave were checked and double checked by the company before the start of manufacture. I’d recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality replacement hot tub cover at a competitive price.

The product is fine but the customer service from the lady on the phone is awful she is very abrupt and not very helpful she needs training in customer service

Used this company to supply a replacement hot tub cover. The website gave clear instructions on how to measure the tub accurately to ensure a good fit. A delivery time of around 6 weeks was given and the cover was delivered on time. We are very pleased with the quality and fit of the cover and very pleased with the evel and quality of service offered by this company.

Excellent purchase. Was initially a bit worried about doing the measuring but quite straightforward. New cover fits perfectly and looks really good. Paid the extra for express delivery and received it on the exact day they said. Driver called 45 minutes before he got to us!
