This has been my worst online experience ever, this company took 4 months to deliver the goods, I had to chase them repeatedly, they either blamed us the customer or the manufaturer. In the end we had to deal with the manufacturer, who were helpful.

WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

I've been using this company to supply all of my hot tub needs for several years. Excellent range of products with a website that is very extensive and user friendly. The service is excellent and delivery always very prompt.

Exactly what I ordered and received it when they said it would be ready - Only 4 stars because it would be nice if it was manufactured and delivered more quickly as over a month to wait even though they made this clear up front is a long time if your cover is damaged and you are losing heat.

Cover was true to size and excellently made. Delivery was as promised and excellent communication with driver and time of arrival.

Due to the size of the cover the flimsy cardboard box had been dragged along the ground. The corner of the box had worn away and the surface of the new cover was damaged. I assume the cord tied to one of the cover securing straps is perhaps where the keys should have been, these were missing. The cover looks to be well made, it was very expensive with all the optional extras and only time will tell as to how good it really is.

The customer service is shocking, I even had the phone put down on me for requesting a phone call rather than an E mail to advise when my damaged hot tub lid would be collected for repair.
I have never experienced customer service this bad!
My advice would be to avoid like the plague and go straight to the manufacturer for hot tub lids -coversfortubs
They were great wish I’d known about them as it would have saved time and money and a whole lot of hassle.
