Great Company
Had never heard of Hot Rox before I was looking for a Caroline Kilobute. Called for some pre-sales advice, and the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and confirmed stock. Placed the order, and despite an issue on Klarna's side, the team got the pedal out to me really quickly. 10/10 service. Will be back!

Shop fixed a mis delivered order quickly
I only received a partial order. And have so far been unable to contact the shop. This could be due to Christmas, but i would expect an auto email reply, or shop answerphone.
Edit.
Once the shop opened from the xmas break, missing items were sent next day and normal epic customer service was resumed. If they had some sort of “we are out the shop” reply i would have been my normal 5 star happy. Will be using them again.

Item arrived early especially with it being Christmas purchase. First time I bought on line but have been to shop a few times always very helpful especially on items like valves( tubes for our USA friends ) would be happy to use on line if I couldn’t made the journey down to shop
