Impossible to speak to anyone

It’s all great if you have no queries but if you do good luck trying to get hold of anyone. No phone number, no one rings you and you can’t ring them. I lost a day trying to sort this out and only stayed with them as they had my artwork otherwise I would have gone to another company.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars was…

The only reason I gave this 4 stars was to say how much I spent and the way the items were packaged is atrocious. All my plastic bottles were on the floor. All the packaging was taped up. I have had to but containers to put my items in. I will definitely rethink before buying from hotline again. Pull yourselves together guys. You know you can do better than this

Not happy with the quality of the product

I ordered printed cotton bags and these are the issues I encountered:
- many of them were having the design with print defects or not aligned (I contacted them back and they re-printed)
- they had a funny smell (probably due to the package), I needed to keep them a few weeks in airy spaces to eliminate some of it
- they presented lots of creases due to careless packaging
- loose threads that I had to trim, I had to take them one by one and check
- If washed, the bag (all models ordered) loose more than or about 2 cm in size

Even though they reacted and re-printed the faulty ones, I gave up using them as supplier due to overall poor quality of the items, which I do not feel like selling anymore. I remained with the impression that I lost all the money paid for this project.

Super company to deal with!

Super company to deal with!
We recently enquired about some promotional pens for our business (Hykeham Chiropractic) and the service was excellent. Our proof images weren't quite as we were hoping, but the helpline was fantastic in helping us get the image laid out as we wanted.
Super easy to order after that and the pens arrived very quickly, packaged well and great quality.

Please remove your meaningless price promise

Our experience is that the price promise is absolutely meaningless.
We asked for a quote and even gave the current price that we're paying from a competitor (which is a standard price that's available to everyone) but all a waste of time.
Why make claims that you can't meet?

Service alright

Ordered printed bags in plenty of time for an event, the print wasn’t right and not aligned properly

They re-did them and I just received them in time.

Could’ve been improved with the event date in mind and faster delivery or a different solution to the problem would’ve been ideal.

Let me down terrible with handouts

Let me down terrible with handouts for a major trade show blamed there courier and ended up cancelling the order and putting £300.00 of stock to recycle as it was to late me as I was tracking before they could get it to me

can i add that on the 11/11/2024 i had to chase up the refund still not received

As discussed, we understand that the delay from UPS made it challenging to receive the items in time for your trip to Ireland. Though the order was dispatched on schedule, we were disappointed that our carrier’s processing delay impacted your plans.

We offered the choice to either fully refund the items or allow you to keep them at a 50% discount for future events. When we received confirmation that the items were no longer needed, we initiated the cancellation and return, followed by a full refund to your account.

Upon hearing your preference to keep the items after the return was already processed, we explained that the products were being recycled so they wouldn’t go to waste. Thank you for understanding.

We’re also glad that the other item on your order for the GRS tote bags arrived on time and as expected. If there’s anything else we can do, please let us know, as we'd love to support your future events smoothly.

Avoid Hotline

Ordered pens, notebooks and bottles per their recommendations and designs.
Pens and notebooks arrived in time but print quality was extremely poor. They accepted the pens were and offered to refund right away. They did not accept that the notebooks were and I am still in dispute about this. I have never printed anywhere with this quality and having spent thousands of pounds with them, really regret buying from them. This has now held up things for us massively. Please stick to other printers.

Excellent quick service

I don't write many reviews but Hotline pulled out all the stops to make sure the products arrived on time, especially when it was in a remote part of the UK. My client was really pleased with the quality of pens, notepads and Tote bags, especially with the tight deadline. Great customer service as well.

First class service both in terms of…

First class service both in terms of delivery quality and pre-order assistance. Definitely use you again should the need arise.
Only issue is that the minimum order for tote bags is 50 and I only needed 25. Other than that great company!!!

The customer service from Hotline is…amazing

The customer service from Hotline is worth 10 stars!! Sometimes things don't always go to plan and it's how it is dealt with. I had a problem with some bags and although I only discovered it a couple of months after I received my order, it was dealt with extremely quickly and with no fuss. The service team kept me appraised all the way through and I received my replacement bags 5 days before expected.

This is one of the best sevices I have ever experienced.

All of their products are excellent and I but all my branded merchandise from Hotline.
