All hotels should be like this
Stayed at Una in Brighton last weekend after reading great reviews on Trip Advisor and getting a recommendation from a friend who stayed there last year. All the reviews were amazingly positive but I have to say the reality surpassed all expectations.
The attention-to-detail, from the design and decor in the beautifully-appointed rooms, right through to every member of staff was second-to-none. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they really made it feel like a home from home, so much so that we extended our stay an extra night.
Great breakfasts, cocktails to die for and an amazingly comprehensive DVD library if you want to kick back in the room instead of making the most of the Brighton nightlife.
Thankfully Brighton's a regular haunt of ours, so we'll be back at Una as soon as possible - can't recommend it highly enough.
