I bought a sink vanity unit from this company via
B&Q . The sink had a defect in the finish so I contacted the company who immediately organised a replacement which arrived the next day ( in perfect condition) .
I bought products from Salgar, a bathroom specialist based in Spain. Their bathroom acessories are not fit for purpose and they failed within a week of installation. The products were wall mounted toilet brushes and wall mounted toilet paper holders. They have a 3M sticker on the back but are not strong enough to hold the products to the wall, depsite very careful installation. I requested a reimbursement initially or replacement with a product to fix to the wall before installing them, but they refused. When the products fell off (2 within 2 hours and 2 within a week), I sent photos of the defective products and my damaged walls. I have had no reply from Salgar. The company who sold the products, La Materiauteque de Catherine will find a solution either.
