Kære hotel Randers og gæster,

Efter jeg af 2 omgange, har oplevet at den samme medarbejder, har givet mig en dyrere pris end først opgivet, er jeg nød til at give denne anmelde!

Fredag i Randers ugen 2021, oplevede jeg om lørdagen, at der var larm fra duer og høj musik til kl 03:30-04:00 og jeg fik næsten ikke lukket et øje! Jeg havde derefter en dialog med den pågældende medarbejde, der efter længere tids dialog, gav mig en ekstra overnatning med i prisen, troede jeg! Da jeg bad om regningen ved udtjekning, var der skrevet 750 kr ekstra på regningen! Det påtalte jeg, og det blev heldigvis lavet om! I går torsdag, oplevede jeg så, den samme medarbejder, tage ekstra for Lis Sørensen koncerten, end hvad der stod på hjemmesiden! Medarbejderen oplyste mig om, at prisen var steget og at det var slettet på deres hjemmeside! Dette var tilfældigvis en løgn! Jeg konfronterede medarbejderen med det, og oplyste hende om, at det hun sagde ikke passede :hun sagde derefter: det vil jeg ikke diskutere med dig, armen magen til uærlighed og konfliktskyhed, stop! Derefter skrev jeg en mail til direktøren, som hverken gav mig en undskyldning på vegne af hans medarbejder eller andet, konfliktsky det duer sku ikke som direktør, han bad mig blot om at forlade stedet efter Lis Sørensen koncerten!

Derfor desværre denne mindre gode anmeldelse!

Dear hotel Randers and guests,

After I of 2 rounds, have experienced that the same employee, has given me a more expensive price than first stated, I have to give this review!

Friday in Randers week 2021, I experienced on Saturday that there was noise from pigeons and loud music until 03: 30-04: 00 and I could hardly close an eye! I then had a dialogue with the employee in question, who after a long dialogue, gave me an extra night with the price, I thought! When I asked for the bill at check-out, an extra DKK 750 had been written on the bill! I reprimanded it, and luckily it was remade! Last Thursday, I saw, the same employee, take extra for the Lis Sørensen concert than what was written on the website! The employee informed me that the price had increased and that it had been deleted on their website! This happened to be a lie! I confronted the employee with it, and informed her that what she said did not fit: she then said: I will not discuss it with you, arm similar to dishonesty and conflict shyness, stop! Then I wrote an email to the director, who did not give me an apology on behalf of his employee or anything else, conflict shy it should not be as director, he just asked me to leave the place after the Lis Sørensen concert!

Therefore unfortunately this less good review!
