Terrible. Really needs zero stars. The company lists its business locations in the Netherlands and Denmark. But they are shipping from overseas. A total scam of a business as they do not list that items are coming from China.

Purchased a rug for my bathroom 3 weeks ago. Immediately charged. Never received a shipping confirmation, assuming it was coming from denmark or at the very least the EU and the item would ship in less than a week.

Lots of back and forth emails from what seems to be an ai; first they said that there sale was causing delays. Then that it had shipped. Then it was likely stuck in customs. Still no shipping confirmation.

Just don’t shop here at all. It’s money wasted. A complete scam.

I wish I could give below 1 or even below 0. I'm still dealing with them on a purchase for a shower curtain made since June 24th that day it gets delivered within 5-10 days and received it a month after. It's a danish based business but their products come from china. They mention on their website the possibility of a return and full refund in case you are not happy with your purchase and never mentioning that if you decide to return you'll pay for everything that comes with it and on top that, you are told that you'll be returning it to an international warehouse and under no circumstances this info has been disclosed when you're doing the purchase. My item came all the way from China, and I only found out about it a few days after placing the order which caught me by surprise. I have been trying to send the item back and requested for them simply to send me a pre-paid return label but all they push on me is to keep the item and offering discounts upon discounts. The case still ongoing for the refund. I should have checked reviews before going blindly and purchasing.
I do not recommend anyone using this store.
