I was cancelled my agreement two years ago. You charge me despite cancelled agreement. I was write you about, but not answer came. Now you again try to charge me. Again I open request about and again no answer.

They canceled my hosting mid-contract, claiming that they emailed me about a potential upgrade. I never received said email. Regardless, even if they had (which they hadn't) they can't just delete my entire website with all my work on it in the middle of my hosting contract. I have several months left on the contract and now everything I had is just gone. poof.
I would highly recommend people considering Hostpoco to take their business elsewhere.

Easy to install scripts and great to work on user panel.

They doesn't care about my support ticket, I cannot access to the reseller acount, please don't waste your time

Loss of information, service is slow. When I told them my information exists, we are going to regularize it because they hadn't changed my payment terms. They deleted my information and that of my clients.

Horrible customer service

This is a really bad and scamme host. I bought a 3 year hosting contract in August of 2023. Then my service was suspended.
When I wrote a ticket why my service was suspended they answered a couple of days later saying that they don't give any discounts. They just ignored my answer that my hosting contract was still valid. This is a pure scam. They will generally do that after 1.5 years have passed so that no payment provider can give you a refund.

Very Bad hosting company. You will regret it if you host with them.

Unable to contact support.
I have difficulty login in since several weeks now and tried reaching out support using several method without success. No chat support, no email reply, nothing. I suspect this is something affecting every users. Not impressed

If less than 1 star can be given, I would have love to do that.
I have a reseller account with them containing about 25 websites, I woke up one day and find out that half of the website is missing from WHM, the rest also have issues like database missing etc.
I have write, chat and even tweet them on X, no response.
This people are criminals hiding under doing business.
People's websites and livelihood disappeared without any excuse, how will i explain to my clients.

Our service was suspended before the billing due date. Support team did not attend nor responded to our enquiry.

Zero customer support. They shut down my reseller account without notice affecting all my clients and not replying from last 15 days.

I have multiple clients on the reseller account with them and they suddenly just one day decided to suspend my account. Now they are not replying to the ticket. It's been 10 days. Very risky service! DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I recently had a terrible experience with HostPoco.com, the worst hosting service I've encountered in nearly 12 years of web development. At first, the low price drew me in, but the service quality is horrendous. My site is down most of the time, making it incredibly unreliable.

When I contacted their customer support about my site being down, they responded with a dismissive and unprofessional message:
"We are no longer offering old price plans, either upgrade your plan to upgraded pricing and move away to different provider."
This was despite the fact that I still have nearly 6 months left on my current plan. It was set to expire in end of January 2025.

It's clear that HostPoco is trying to force customers to pay more without providing any real improvements in service. Their approach feels like a tactic to squeeze more money out of users. The low cost initially seemed like a good deal, but it came with low performance and poor service quality. I strongly advise against using HostPoco.com for hosting. They're unreliable and unprofessional, and their business practices are highly questionable.
