We also, supply and install many products for kennels, gyms, sports areas, driveways, gateways, car parks, there aren't many scenarios we haven't come across in 20 years! As a small family company, we really pride ourselves on our personal customer service, we set our standards bar at Charles Kingsley's quote "Do as you would be done by" . We believe customer service is in decline and would like you to experience the standard that we would hope for ourselves. We genuinely care about our customers, their requirements and seeing your enquiry all the way through from your vaguest thoughts to the delivery or installation of your mats. Your satisfaction is our motivation, we will never unnecessarily sell you a product that you don't need. We never say that things don't go wrong, but if they do we will do everything in our power to put it right, quickly and efficiently for you. I used horsemat for the first time when buying stable mats for my barn/field shelter - excellent customer service and communication (requested max 7.5 tonne wagon due to access, followed up precisely), delivery was great by their courier Pallex also, 2 hour time slot given on the morning, delivered on time and efficiently. Would recommend for anyone buying stable mats etc.

Superb service once again
Superb service once again! Huge thank you to Kim, Tom & Sophie for advising on mat type & the ships progress updates. Bought the Newmarket mats for second time due to moving yards. They’re easy to fit, move to clean out & comfy for my wet horse!
