HopShopGo provides reliable and efficient delivery for purchases from US stores. They are also prompt in their response to feedback or delivery issues. That said, their services is not the cheapest compared to other forwarding services. The weight estimates are also on the high end especially volumetric weight and often without an option to repack.

It’s all about making money for them.
There repack fees are ridiculous. And shipping fees are a rip off !!
I purchased a spray polish and cleaner and it’s a 1.8kg weight for $40 AUD . They informed me it was hazmat and offered a repack for $50 AUD. Silly enough I went ahead with it. Little did they tell me once you do a hazmat repack regardless of the size being smaller you get charged 3.5kg shipping weight. On top they round that up to 4kg of course so in total cost paying $150 AUD to have the item here and it weighs 1.8 kg.
