Things have been easy so far and the customer service team is responsive and helpful. Just 2 feedback:

1) Bring back the discount codes that you used to have 2 years back maybe
2) With the change in address, I am concerned over the potential loss of items. While it's unavoidable, I do have some preorder items that was registered under the old address and wont be shipped out until year end. I have tried to update the records for the order but potentially, there is still the risk that my items will be lost in transition.

Very good service for foreigner. They can even understand my lame english.

Everything is organized. Just that hopefully in future, picture of item arrived can be provided. It is sad to see item arrived were partly damaged.

Encountered no issues since I've been using their services. Rates are a bit pricey compared to other companies.

I formerly have high rating for HSG inspite that they are charging higher sf than my other shipper. One thing HSG continue to be operational inspite of the quarantine condition, while my other shipper is on complete shutdown. Their operation is specially helpful since my insternational shipment needs are mostly my food suppliments for prostate & joint problens. However, my latest shipment transaction arranged by HSG cost me about $12 more in custom duties because HSG bundled together in one AWB my 2 packages I recently authorized to be shipped to the Philippines. HSG decided to do this inspite of my query if my 2 packages will be combined in one shipment ( I fear that if combined the custom duty will be higher because the declared value of one package is higher than P10k while the other package is only about P2k so the other package shld not have any custom duty if only in separate AWB). HSG reply was that the 2 packages will be shipped separately and that my 2 packages do not qualify for consolidated shipment.
When I email HSG customer service why this happened the customer service rep push back the fault to me saying, in essence, ... I shld have mentioned that it was tax that I am concerned about & not just ask if my two packages, if authorized at the same time, will be shipped separately or not combined ... well to me an excellent customer service is to inform client of all possibility they know about because they know more about this business. I call that giving extra mile service. Thats the reason I only gave average rating since they only give average service not excellent or exemptional ..

like Hopshopgo because it is easy for, safe for the global customer to purchase products or items from US especially if those sellers unable to ship out worldwide. The services offers are good whereby customers can consolidated packages so as to save cost.

I have been using HopShopGo for years. Great support and reliable service. Items still arrive earlier than expected even during COVID-19.

expensive compared to competitors but their service are tip top.

Once I requested a change of courier to DHL I no longer encountered any issues or problems

Ms Liz (comGateway Customer Service Associate) is very responsive to my feedback regarding a recent Fedex delivery issue on 14 March 2020. The overall customer experience with HopShopGo is excellent!

Easy to buy in US with small quantity od order, make all pack in one and send to your address.

Been using HSG since forever and it has never disappoint.
