I’ve liked hooks for a long time but these few weeks I’ve noticed the customer service has dropped a lot. We were in the shop looking for riding boots which I saw on their website was in the right size and it was in the shop, we arrive there and go look for the boots. We can’t find the size and the lady that worked there was not rlly willing to help us and said they didn’t have them. We went home and ordered them home instead but when they came there was a Little Rock between the boot leather and the felt. Which of course can happen so we returned them and they then sent a new pair after a long time. Just to say that when we first ordered the ones that had the stone it took them just a little over 1 week to just send them so I got them after 1,5 weeks. The second pair arrived in wrong size

Don’t order, they don’t deliver your order send a mail they just tell it is delivered don’t order if you don’t want to lose your money!!!!!

I received an email when I placed my order. It contained no tracking information and no order number. The email gave me a link to track my order on the “My Pages” section of the website. When you click on the link, the “My Pages” section is not there, just the home page. There is no “My Pages” section in the menu either. No email since then, 10 days ago and no sign of my order either. Never again. Very poor.
