Hi, sorry only friction is I have sadly had to return the dress as it did not suit. I followed the instruction to email to say I was returning but the email bounced back as undeliverable, despite using the correct address. I hope my refund will not be affected by this. Many thanks.

Dress was badly fitting, sent back. One of the two tags came off ehen putting it back into bag as it was so flimsy attached so they refused refund. Shocking customer service. Quality of clothing does not match the price

Unfortunately when you returned the dress to us the “do not remove” return tag was not attached to the dress.
We make sure the tags are double attached so they are very secure and can only be removed by cutting them off. The dress you purchased has a zip so it wouldn’t have “fallen off” when trying on and definitely not when “putting it back into the bag”. Furthermore when we looked at the tag it has been cut off, as there is no tear in the actual tag.
They are a card tag, we wouldn’t want too attach anything too bulky or too thick so they don’t interrupt the customer trying on the dress but I certainly wouldn’t call it flimsy. These tags are used, as they are there to protect us as business as well as our customers.
If you had returned the dress with the return tag attached we wouldn’t have hesitated in placing a refund.

Excellent customer service, I received an email within the hour answering all my queries. Dresses were just as described, accurate sizing and high quality. Unfortunately it wasn’t the right shade of blush to match my wedding dress (purchasing bridesmaid dresses) and unhappily we had to return them. Once again customer service, returns and shipping were done timely and efficiently - highly recommend!

I loved my dress!
I loved my dress! I purchased it for my fiancé's RAF ball and it was perfect. I had lots of compliments.
There was a mark on my dress which I was told about immediately as it was the last one in stock, they still sent it but it was hardly noticeable. I really appreciate how honest this brand is.
I'd definitely buy from here again.
