I recently became a new custome of this company as a birthday gift for my partner. I am now an ex customer.
2 days ago I purchased a £300 order full price, delivery arrived yesterday.
This morning they have gone into sale and the goods I purchased are now 30% less than the price I paid 2 days ago.
I escalated and was told our policy is no adjustment.
So I am forced to return and repurchase, really poor expeirence, but it gets worse.
I re purchase my order for a lower value and see 1-2 delivery at checkout.
Once I have paid I recieve an email stating that due to being in sale the order will be 3 - 7 business days for delivery. So this company now has over £500 of my money and are not prepared to make any adjustment, any gesture nothing to make my experience better.

Honey birdette is an awful customer service experience and today you lost another customer.

Had a top delivered with a bit of damage, spoke with Gabi who immediately help with organizing and sorting a replacement very quickly with no issues.

I likely own a second closet worth of outfits from this brand. I ordered yet another 3 piece set from HB and was so excited I missed that they sent the wrong garter belt. The belt had already been in my possession since May 16th 2025. My complication and customer history was honored by Lily with the leadership team. I was sent a complimentary order of the belt that was originally ordered.

Wonderful customer service and fast shipping

My experience with HB's customer service was amazing! Jasmine helped me, and she was so sweet. She clearly worked hard to make sure I received the best possible solution. I had ordered the Whitney thong, and unfortunately, after just a few minutes of wearing it, the gem on the back snapped off. Jasmine ended up being able to completely replace the bottoms free of charge. I had a great experience! :)

The size I ordered was out of stock and Josephine went out of her way to find me another size to match the rest of the set I purchased. Thanks so much for your amazing service! Can't wait to receive my order xx

I bought the Rosa bodysuit from Honey Birdette as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. She was thrilled when she opened it—thought it looked stunning, sexy, and couldn’t wait to try it on.

She carefully snipped the tag… and within minutes, the entire experience unraveled.

The sizing was completely off. She’s worn bodysuits from dozens of brands, and this one was simply too small. Worse, the sheer mesh literally tore just from touching it. No tugging, no yanking—just a soft touch, and it ripped like tissue paper.

We contacted Honey Birdette support immediately. Explained everything. Told them it hadn’t been worn out, just tried on once. We even offered to cover a restocking fee or any handling costs just to exchange for the right size. It was a birthday gift, after all.

Their response? A cold, rigid “no returns without tags” policy copy-pasted back to us.

No empathy. No flexibility. No attempt to offer store credit, a one-time exception, or even a real conversation. Just a brand hiding behind the illusion of “luxury” while acting like a cheap dropship operation.

It’s one thing to enforce policies. It’s another to completely dismiss loyal customers trying to do the right thing. Especially when the product in question ripped almost immediately. That’s not a “policy” issue—that’s a quality control problem.

At $220, I expected elegance, durability, and basic customer respect. Instead, we got flimsy material, poor fit, and robotic replies.

If you're thinking about buying from Honey Birdette, don’t be fooled by the branding. There are better lingerie brands out there that actually stand by their product—and their customers. This is not a luxury Brand, it's overpriced fast fashion that only cares about their bottom line.

Shipped and arrived quickly. Wasn't what my partner wanted, so initiated a return. Violet was excellent and helpful, and made the process very easy. Will buy from HB again!

Buyer Beware of Honey Birdette sales. I recently purchased $383 of Honey Birdette sales items as was very careful when choosing final sale items. I made purchase on 29 May. I had previously had fitting so ordered those sizes. My items arrived in 2 packages on 9 June, I immediately tried everything on and found all bras cup size too big and many undies too big, so immediately created return form for credit note or smaller size. I had purchased black bra and orange knickers as final sale but white ivory bra was also listed as final sale which must have occurred in transit time as checked original receipt and not marked as final sale. I returned all items and had black g-string coming in smaller size. I put Ivory bra in return package but unable to include on return as listed as final sale and sent email to customer service showing original receipt and explaining that in return package. Then I waited and waited for response, followed up on 27 June and 2 July. They claimed cyber glitch and never received email. They said would investigate and 21 July said warehouse had to record of Ivory bra return. In meantime, they did not have black replacement knickers so issued credit and credit for other returned items. I am disgusted at lack of customer service and policy of selling items as returnable and then shifting to no final returns status and not taking into account status at time of purchase. I have found their investigation which had to chase up either error within warehouse or blatant lie to keep $51 credit from good customer. I will spend my credit received and never purchase again from Honey Birdette. Beware of their customer service and sale items going to final sale when being shipped to you and convenient computer glitches and warehouse errors or lies. This is not company that deserves your business.

Thanks to Sasha who help me with an order problem. Love this brand in every way. You can order without any problems guys. Finally a serious compagny.

I think the costum service in Honey Birdette is ten out of ten. They are very helpful and they answer quickly on mail. They also are very solution oriented.
There where some faults in some items and they fixed it asap and made me store credit for the ones they couldn't replace.
And Danielle whom I was coresponding with is very helpful and fixed the problems within hours..I am pleased..
The only thing I'm not content with is the shipping company which the EU warehouse is using
They are very unstable in their shipping time

Sasha did a great job helping us with a gift certificate that we were having trouble using. 5 stars for helping effectively and quickly!!!
