Home Pro Windows took a substantial…

Home Pro Windows took a substantial down payment from my 80 year old parents for new windows, and more than a year later, the windows have still not been installed. Since signing the contract, we have experienced repeated delays, broken promises, and constant excuses. Installation dates have been pushed back multiple times with little to no proactive communication from the company.

It is extremely disappointing to see a business take customers’ money upfront and then fail to deliver on its commitments for over a year. The lack of accountability and follow-through has caused unnecessary stress and frustration.

Based on our experience, I strongly advise others to think carefully before providing any payment upfront to this company.
