I had a very bad experience with Home Box Ajman. I placed and paid for order #29001003977920251123 and received a confirmed delivery time between 4:00–8:00 PM. My family and I fully prepared the house exactly as requested by the delivery team — clearing space, turning on the AC, and staying at home the whole time.
I followed up three times during the delivery window, and every time they told me “the team is coming” or “10 minutes only.” After waiting for hours, the final update came at 8:40 PM and they told me that they would not deliver at all.
This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My whole family stayed home all day, cancelled our plans, and trusted their promises. Instead, we were left waiting with no real communication and no respect for our time.
This experience broke my trust completely.
I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their delivery service and customer communication.

I ordered a media unit and a 5-door wardrobe from Home Box. I had kept enough space in both the living room and bedroom for installation, but the assembly team insisted that I completely empty the bedroom so they could lay all the panels on the floor. They even said they would take the items back to the warehouse and charge me extra if I didn’t.
To avoid paying more, I had to agree — and they ended up using the entire bedroom, living room, and even the open kitchen counter to assemble everything. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional and inconsiderate assembly team. Do customers really have to clear out their entire rooms before getting furniture installed?

absolute waste of time and effort. I ordered end of Oct, got a delivery slot on 1 Nov where no one showed up. Called their customer service to get driver details and even messaged driver directly who ignored me. Then had to call their customer services several times to schedule another date, eventually got one 10 days later and guess what... no delivery. I dont have time to sit around and wait for them to not show up. I will avoid ordering from them.

Unfortunately, my experience with Home Box delivery was extremely disappointing. The delivery team that came to our home was completely unprofessional. They don’t listen, they don’t cooperate, and they showed zero respect in communication. They even argued and caused unnecessary issues with my husband for no reason.
What made it worse is that even when their manager tried to intervene, they still refused to listen. We also contacted the main office, but there was no support, no follow-up, and no attempt to solve the problem.
Honestly, I do not recommend allowing Home Box delivery teams into your home. The service, professionalism, and customer support are all below expectations.

I had brand new Sofa bed less than 6 months
There was sound in spring ,I called for maintenance ,they collected it and returned it back after longtime when I complained about the delay, the piece returned dirty with stain and dirt of fingerprints everywhere and they took it back for cleaning then returned again dirty and additional scratches in the Sofa-bed leg
I will complain about the bad service in customer protection in UAE and I recommend each and everyone with bad experience to do the same , they keep on visiting and collecting the furniture and return back with additional damage

Don’t buy anything from home box, there service is very bad, specially delivery crew don’t know how to assemble the furniture. They just fixed and them removed again fixed wrongly. One of the worst service, I don’t know why I buy items from them
Excellent service from Tabuk Park Mall store
Excellent service from the manager and other staff in the Tabuk Park Mall store. They were friendly and professional and helped us to order the furniture we needed, suggesting other items that would compliment the items we had bought. They delivered all of our furniture on time. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Home Box Online store:
- order placed on 27 September 2025
- requested delivery on 3rd October 2025 morning slot from 10 am till 4 pm
- received confirmation on the delivery slot 2 days before and I confirmed
- on delivery day, i called to confirm the details of driver and i was assured delivery will be on time
- till 4 pm, no one showed up, i called the driver who decided that it was Ok to tell is he will come around 7:30 or 8:00 pm! I had appointments and commitments I can’t change and clearly requested him to come earlier
- i called service center more than 7 times that evening without a single effective action or escalation or a single call back from management to solve the problem, all the feedback i got that they raised request! And promised to get driver before 6 which obviously never happened!!
- finally they informed that he will come around 9 pm, and he never showed up!!
- next day, I requested to cancel the order as i couldn’t accept dealing with such service level, to be informed that the cancellation request will take 48 hours! Without any written policy to support their statement!!! Few hours later, driver calls me to schedule the delivery for the order I cancelled! So my request for cancellation was also ignored!!!
- i waited for 48 hours, and called again to be informed that the request did not go through as the items that I never received are not showing yet in their warehouse system!!!!
- finally, after 11 days i received my refund!!
In conclusion, you pay, they cannot commit to deliver time, and they will refund you at their own convenience!!! By far the worst experience ever!

Shahid from Homebox Ras Al Khaimah was really helpful and helped me sort out my credit note which was expiring. Great customer service and made my experience in the store really great. Will visit the store again. Thank you Shahid and Homebox RasAl Khaimah .
A piece of furniture was installed…
A piece of furniture was installed incorrectly, and the delivery team does not care about anything or take any responsibility.
I contacted customer service and the delivery team several times. One agent said the team would come the same day to fix the problem, while another said it would take five days — they clearly don’t tell the truth and are very unprofessional.
Customer service is weak, unhelpful, and provides no real solutions to problems.
Honestly, I do not recommend anyone to deal with Home Box.
Unprofessional, unreliable company
Last week of August I ordered a dresser. It was delivered in early September. One leg is broken. I sent pics and they arrange for someone to come to replace it. They come and they just put more nails to reinforce the leg. I get in touch with customer service again and they sent another person to replace it. The leg wasnt replaced and this time wouldnt touch the floor. I get in touch again and they sent another person who to be fair he tells me the leg needs to be replaced, cant be repaired but doesnt have the part with him. Yesterday i get a call that a team member will come today and to choose between 10am-4pm or 4-8pm..i choose the morning slot and i am told i will also get a call to narrow the window to 2h. At 1.30pm i called customer service to ask what is happening and i am told they can see the call that was made to me yesterday but havent confirmed with a team. I asked if noone shows up today to come and pick up the whole thing and to give me a full refund...the person on the line said they will escalate and someone will give me a call asap...yeah, right.

Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Homebox customer care. The agent, who claimed his name was Andro (though I’m not entirely sure), was incredibly unprofessional and rude. It took multiple calls to get him to respond to my inquiry, and he provided minimal information. To make matters worse, he threatened to hang up if I didn’t provide an order number, despite the fact that a previous agent was able to assist me with just my phone number. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope they improve it immediately.

Absolute worst delivery services ever. I scheduled for them to come on a certain date. They did not contact me at all and I waited the whole day, they told me I need to reschedule so i called their customer support and we had to go back and forth to settle on a delivery date. It was rescheduled to a week later. I had to go to the actual store because nobody was helpful and the delivery services were uncontactable. Finally when they delivered my furniture there was a scratch on the mirror, so I called once again to have it replaced. And again—- their delivery team did not come on the scheduled date, I had to chase them and call them over and over again. They decided to come on a random day I was not home, and I reminded them of my delivery date, still they did not come and I waited the whole day. The next day I called and I was the last person they delivered to, and still I had to chase them down to find them and make sure they deliver it. It is a complete waste of time I highly suggest going for another furniture company. I was not compensated whatsoever for all the trouble they have caused and they don’t even seem apologetic. Please avoid homebox at all costs.
