Homebase - Gateshead Reviews 

Ordered a garden parasol on line from Homebase to collect at The Range. It said there were 4 in stock. I could not get down to collect it and as my daughter works near the store I sent her all details etc. When she got home I slightly opened it up as I had a feeling it was not the one I ordered, I ordered a one with lemons on and the one they gave her is a striped one. Going back on tje Homebase online shop they are now out of stock so will be returning this one .

Having met Lisa in the comfort of our own home, she took time to assess our kitchen wish list and to offer advice about the layout.
Time was then spent at the showroom looking at different units and styles of doors.
Lisa was very patient and we had good communications at all times (by phone or e mail). Great delivery timescale. Quality of units and doors are great and we are so pleased with our order. Not quite complete yet…but nearly there.

Buying our fab kitchen was super easy. Lisa was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She came to our home to measure, drew up a couple of plans, then we ent back to the store, selected the finishes we wanted and spread the cost on interest free payments. Lisa stayed in touch all the way through the install. Everything was delivered on the date we asked and not one thing was missing or damaged. 10 out of 10 service! It looks stunning and is great quality. Thanks Lisa (and Homebase) 😊

Lisa at the range in Gateshead has been an amazing help in designing our Homebase kitchen no question was to trivial and she helped me plan my dream kitchen . Would definitely recommend

I was collecting 2 chairs at Gateshead Sat am that were in very large boxes.The young man at click & collect(sorry didn’t get his name) was extremely helpful carrying both out to my car and helped me get them into the car.
