Very efficient
Very efficient. I ordered dvds from hmv in chester and asked if I could pick them up in hmv liverpool. They were there within a couple of days. Hmv kept me updated via email until delivery. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Another great steelbook
Item packaged well as was same with previous HMV orders. Pricing was good and competitive. Delivery stated 2-3 days took a while longer hence no 5 stars. However this will not put me off future orders as long as a good 4k movie/steelbook selection is maintained.

I purchase 2 DVDs regarding the…
I purchase 2 DVDs regarding the insidious series. Having watched three of them for free on Tubi I was interested to see the remaining two. It was just as cheap to purchase DVDs as to buy a digital version. Made the order through HMV to be delivered to my local store. Easy to order and arrived well within time. I cannot fault the whole service.

Blu-ray for a birthday present.
I needed a Blu-ray for a birthday present and I saw online that another branch had it in stock, but not my local HMV. I went into my local branch at Bexleyheath and spoke to a very helpful assistant who looked up the Blu-ray to verify that the other branch had it, then put in a request for it to be sent to my local branch. This came in a few days and after receiving notification from my branch I went and collected it.

False advertising
Dvd advertised with slip cover, used on line chat said they don't guarantee slip covers but it doesnt have it shown or written that these aren't guaranteed, advised my son whose special birthday this was for has autism & communication disorder and these type of dads are what he collects & wouldn't understand why you would advertise something that isn't guaranteed, she sent email to warehouse and turns out none of these dads including blu Ray have any slip covers which is brilliant art work and why he paid more through have, to be told neither normal or blue ray have them yet they continue to be advertised this way, so im taking it to trading standards...not a happy child at all, he was very upset... I also had to keep getting in touch for an update
