Helpful members of staff
Even though my product arrived defective from buying online, the staff in store were able to secure me a replacement which works perfectly. They allowed me to open the new product in the store and test it to ensure that it works as intended. Also the product defect was nothing on hmv, it was a manufacture error. Thank you to the staff in the store and I will continue to shop there.

Excellent service from the staff in the truro store, paul went to the trouble of finding what I was looking for and putting in the order for me. When I went to collect the item I was served by Imogen, who was very friendly and polite, both are a credit to your company.

Staff at Truro are always ready to check and look up requests for my musical heroes, I’m 76 and a blues musician since 1964. My first memories of HMV are of the shop in London and bumping into John Peel.

CD and Blu-Ray ordered were promptly…
CD and Blu-Ray ordered were promptly sent to my local HMV shop by post and I was informed of their route, when they were dispatched and when they arrived. I went to collect them after eight days and the friendly chap working in the shop checked who I was and handed the package to me.

Kept being told different days for delivery to store, was told 3-5 days when ordering took just over 14 days, when It was finally ready for collection got asked to provide 4 different things Order number text to prove order -email to prove collection and asked for ID absolutely ridiculous very unhappy with the way I was treated im 24 and got ID for something PG
