I ordered a Charli xcx wuthering heights vinyl that said with every vinyl there is a free poster, I did not get a poster with my vinyl and am very disappointed!

I could order the CD I wanted and it arrived in the local HMV shop in good time. Staff were very helpful. HMV should maintain a presence on the main streets over the UK.

So I ordered from HMV it pick from the…
So I ordered from HMV web site and pick it up from the shop as I did not know how big the parcel would be and would not be home.I go to the pay point at the shop and asked for it and was given it straight away so that was nice and quick. I go to HMV shop most Sundays to look around and do buy a DVD film .The staff are very helpful and quick in finding things in the shop that I can't find, and the shop is always very clean.

I needed to order a dvd as the store were out of stock. This transaction was delt with very quickly and within 5 days I was able to collect my order. Great service

Album order
The staff were very helpful the two times I have visited the shop in Truro. The first time I asked if they had a record in on vynil they had not but were happy to order it and have it delivered to my house. The second time they were quick at serving me and were very friendly and helpful.

HMV click and collect
As I was buying these items way in advance it was easier for me to use the click and collect facility and safer for me to have them delivered to my local store in Truro, everything went smoothly and the customer service was excellent.

We visited the Truro store where we we helped by Adrian, who provided us with excellent service. The item we wanted was not available in the store and the offer to order one in was not practical for us as we were not local to the town. Adrian then ensured that we would get what we wanted by arranging to have the item sent to our home. We received good old fashioned service of the best kind from Adrian who is a credit to HMV.
