A photo with the artist at the event would be really nice
Although I enjoyed the event with Zack wydle it would’ve been really nice to have a photo taken with him, so that is really disappointing that should’ve been a little more time and everyone should’ve been allowed to get a quick picture with him as with all artists with it in the shop events

In Store staff need better product knowledge
I bought an album in-store as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, the staff sold me the wrong version, I wanted coloured vinyl and they didn't seem to know the difference.
It was not easy for me to return it because I live some distance from a hmv store and the trains were out between Christmas and New year and then I took ill so could not return it to a store. It took some toing and froing with customer service but they eventually let me return the item by post and I was refunded.
