Five star service
Went into the Leicester store to find an Elvis box set, the lady in the store was so helpful and tried to locate the one which the computer said was in stock. She diligently searched for me but couldn't find it, but then suggested I pay for it in-store and have home delivery, which I did. It arrived 2 days later. Wonderful service

I must commend Raff at the Leicester…
I must commend Raff at the Leicester store for his excellent customer service. He was really kind and went above and beyond to help me when my order had been delayed, but was needed the following day.
Good and polite customer care is rare these days and Raff was a credit to your store.

I preordered the Jung Kook Proof Funko…
I preordered the Jung Kook Proof Funko Pop last year in September 2023.
Maybe due to overwhelming demands I got it after so long while the other versions were available on release day.
I nearly waited a year until I received it last week, packaged securely.
I'm extremely happy that I have it in my Jung Kook collection.
