Ease of ordering process and collection. A relatively local store and ideal for collecting item in my own time, rather than missing a postal delivery (with no postal charge to pay). Item I received was also a surprise - a limited edition rather than standard Blu-Ray release. Very happy! :)

Store pick up. The product was damaged. Steelbook Blu-ray.
Noted after packaging removed. Not the first time it has happened.
Packaging for transit of steelbooks is inadequate which is a common issue across retailers.
