Ipswich HMV
I went into.ipswich store with my disabled niece .
She knew what she wanted ,I didn't.
But she couldn't express herself clearly enough to sort her purchase .
Leigh couldn't have been more helpful, friendly ,patient, and professional.

Better ID checks
Shop staff were helpful when ordering our dvd. Email communication was also good. The only downfall was when I went to collect the dvd I was not asked for any proof of ID or confirmation of our purchase, just handed the dvd going by my surname.

Great staff at Ipswich store.
Always cheerful and helpful staff. Both my daughter and I are into Vinyl. We have purchased several in-store and are good prices.
