After purchasing an item & found that it was not what was displayed as the one in the store. Customer Services agreed after investigating agreed & arranged for a refund so I could purchase another one.

Went to Harlow HMV to collect my order.

I wanted to order a DVD. The lady who served me was very polite & helpful. I then received an e mail telling me that my order was in store. When I collected it, it was very straightforward. Very pleased.

Well last week 3 albums for£55 now this 3albums£66 doubt I will use you again,will use independent record shops.

I'd preordered an album to collect in store and it was such an easy experience. I got frequent email updates so I knew where my order was, and once it arrived at the store I just popped in went up to the counter and it was behind the counter waiting for me

All round great service
All round great service. My assistant at the Harlow branch, Mark, was very helpful. He had a lot of knowledge about the products in general, and I was impressed at how friendly and professional he was.

I tried to purchase a dvd in store but due to a computer update was unable to order. Staff at Harlow Essex were very helpful. Managed to order later the same day from home. Purchase delivered quickly.
