I had a great experience recently. I received a gift voucher. I went to my local branch and pre ordered somethings I wanted. They kindly had them delivered to my home address. Excellent.

Neil Young - Weld Vinyl order
Ordered the 'well priced' Neil Young vinyl on the Friday very late in the day and it arrived first thing Monday morning, excellent!!!!. It was well packaged which doesn't always happen with vinyl order line . This was only the second time ordering from HMV and once again I was well impressed.

My blu-ray DVD arrive between 3-4 days at the chosen store for click and collect. They kept me updated about my order by email.
