Great Customer Experience, Basildon Store
Looked for a John Wayne dvd, not on shelf. Spoke to member of staff who looked the film up on website, asked if i would like to order, told me the price and estimate date of arrival in store.

48 hrs service not including weekends
Wanted this movie for a long time .
Ordered online on the Thursday evening .
Friday afternoon it was dispatched ,Saturday in transit & by Monday afternoon I received the movie in good condition.

C&C was very easy
was easy to order for click & collect, got a confirmation email straight away and within a couple days i got another very clear email saying it’ll be ready for collection, people in store were very helpful and it was easy to collect.
