Hi Dan,
Order 10345852 was placed on 19/09/24 and dispatched at the first opportunity on 21/09/24. Delivery to store is 2-5 days and this was marked as ready on 25/09.
We can confirm this did not take 2 weeks to arrive and was at the store within 5 working days.

The staff are always helpful at HMV…
The staff are always helpful at HMV Basildon. As Blu-rays were not in store. I ordered through the counter. Received notification via email of order, when dispatched and when in store , ready for pick up. All very helpful and easy.

Couldn't find the product I was looking for. So the staff member helped me to order it using the in-store ordering system.
Procured came within the week, extremely pleased and would most likely use the service again.

Lady at the counter was quite rude, explained to her that I'm trans and that my deadname is on my ID and she was very rude about it, thought this place was supposed to be LGBTQ+ friendly
