It was the worst experience I had for a long time. The carpet we had chosen was good but then the nightmare started with fault calls asking us to change the set date. When two cowboys did turn up they took door of the hinges and not only they left a horrible mess that they were supposed to clean which they didn’t but they just left doors outside they flat. It was just disgusting.

Awful experience with Himalaya. Whole thing started badly when they failed to turn up on our booked and paid for delivery day. In the end, we contacted them at 5 o'clock and they said they'd do it tomorrow.

They fitted our cream carpet the following day and left our house in a complete mess. The fitters left without telling us, left the front door open and left mud marks up our new carpet on the stairs. One of the fitters was wearing trainers while fitting the carpet.

I contacted the manager and he told us that their fitters can't clean up after themselves as you aren't supposed to hoover new carpets for 3 days. No apologies and no compensation.

Good selection of carpets and laminate flooring, helpful staff, good delivery service and carpet fitting

When I visited the store, the manager and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was advised as to my requirements and there was no pressure sale.
The carpet fitters were on time and did a professional job.
The reason I gave four out five is
1) The invoice was not itemised and was not clear as to the extras added which was £200 on the invoice. However, upon calling, they explained as to the extra charges.
2) The fitters did not hoover the carpets before leaving and they did say they will clean upon arrival. I had to clean the carpets myself.
Other than that I had no issues and the prices are very reasonable.
I cannot complain and definitely use the company again.

Attended to my qeries for few carpets I chose at their depot. Found a suitable carpet and made a nice deal for it. I took measurement of my carpet requirement but I requested that thier rep could verify the measurement by visiting us which they did. All was good. Carpet Installed on the day agreed. The Carpet fitters were very quick in installing so I had to arrange furniture moving whilst they were at work in other rooms. Fitters did nice job. Happy with the job overall.

The stars given are for the decent price and the fitting was done well, but the customer service was terrible. I would have walked out the shop but was getting a good deal so could not spite myself. Lady in store is very rude and extremely patronising. Spoke to me like I was stupid. Also, If you are not part of the Asian community you will be made to feel extremely uncomfortable as they were constantly talking in their own language whilst you stand right there. I was given no ETA had to call the morning of the fitting to ask. Called me sir twice and never apologised when corrected. I would only go back if desperate tbh.

From the start of quotation to fitting, the experience was great, no surprises just facts and arranging for measurements of residence to fitting of carpets, removal and leaving the place clean and tidy. Great people and the fitters were fantastic, humble, clean work and perfect fitting. usually i went to my local carpet shop but i went to see and ended up ordering.

From start to finish this was an easy and seamless process. I took my own measurements and was offered a variety of carpets in my price range.
It was fitted well and with no issues. Will definitely be using them again.

I ordered a new carpet for my stairs/landing, which was fitted this morning. My grateful thanks to the sales staff and the fitters. Very professional and answered any queries for me. Would definitely recommend.
