Fantastic service, Hillside provide replacement parts for our now obsolete Dyson Handryer. I ordered new HEPA filters at 14;30. they were here by 10:30 the following morning and fitted 5 minutes later. What a superb service that allows people to continue to service and use obsolete items rather than send them to waste.

Great service, part arrived literally within hours of ordering, and with a bonus bag of sweets too!
Highly recommended.

Ordered a replacement dyson V blade part over a month ago. Started to feel like I've been ripped off. If your not sending my part, why accept my payment? They won't respond to emails. They won't answer the phone everytime I ring. Tried multiple times, multiple days. I've left a voicemail and still get no email or phone call back. Maybe they will respond to me now that Ive left this review. Not good enough. Order number: HHD8157

Update: How come you are unable to export to Australia? You have delivery to Australia as an option on your website and charge international postage rates? I still want/need the part. And I'm happy to change my review.

I bought a filter replacement for my Dyson V11 Absolute. I was really pleasantly surprised. It works very well. Great communication from the moment of purchase, as the reviews were excellent that inspired me to buy this item at a great price, speedy delivery. This was my 1st purchase and I would buy again!! Ordered a new battery and filter for my dyson cleaner 2 days ago and received it at lunchtime today and postage was free unlike some of the other companies who have extortionate postage charges. It was exactly what I ordered. First class service and the little bag of sweets in parcel were a lovely gesture too. Would highly recommend this company for parts.

I needed a new battery for my Dyson cordless vacuum and having looked at the alternatives chose the one being sold by Hillside. The battery arrived quickly, well packed and has brought a new lease of life to my Dyson at half the price of an original Dyson part. I highly recommend Hillside.

My Dyson V10 stopped working. I thought it was the battery. After discussing the problem over a video call, it was thought is was the trigger mechanism and given advise how to repair it myself. It was 4.30pm Friday the chap offered to post the part that evening. It arrived the following Monday. I managed to complete the repair and it is working fine.
So, 5 stars for excellent customer service and honest professional advice.

24 hours after our Dyson battery “died” Hillside had delivered a replacement and the machine was back working normally. Excellent service. Quite excellent.
