I need to return my order. Ive sent two emails no response. Otherwise would have given them full stars as the ordering process and delivery was quick & easy

Two things, firstly although I placed the order at the weekend, it still took several days to arrive, which is contradictory to your next day policy. Secondly I received incorrect confirmation about the product, which left me searching for an alternative elsewhere. I then received an additional email, confirming the product was to my specifications. As a first time buyer, it just wasn't the best experience. Following the apology & explanation from Robin. I have upgraded to 5* because it is quite rare to find such good customer service.

Purchased 3 Google Protect smart home…
Purchased 3 Google Protect smart home smoke and CO detectors. Arrived quickly - 2 were sealed and came with all correct packaging, stickers, instructions and documents - 1 was clearly open box, missing internal packaging, stickers removed, battery pull removed so batteries were operational, no instructions and no documents - clearly a used item. I emailed and got quick reply suggesting all was new, may have been a ‘tested’ item, offered £5 voucher as no other stock to replace. I replied to question why if ‘tested’ all packaging and documents were not replaced. I accept no further stock to replace. I asked for modest reduction on a second hand, activated product that was sold as ‘new’. No reply. Further emails sent - still no reply. So am being ignored. Poor customer service and should not seek used items as new.

Pet hate - review before receipt - but great customer service
Pet hate. Getting a request for a review before receiving the goods! Order Sun 8 with delivery expected Tuesday 10th, delivery not made as it was required to be signed for, change address for delivery on Thu 12, not received, now tracking not updating. Ordered from Argos as needed for a weekend project. With Argos ordered at 10am for collection after 4pm and a cheaper price. If I ever receive goods I will be returning them for a full refund.
Having posted a 1* star review, I have been subsequently very impressed by the responsive customer service and recognise that the delay is out of their control and have been re-assured that they will track the lost item and refund appropriately. On that basis for the excellent customer service I have amended to a 4* review - only missing 5* as I have no product to review. Thank you My Smart Home Shop - great service.

Placed an order on Thursday with next-day delivery in mind. Stayed home all day Friday and Saturday, but with no updates, it seemed Parcelforce awaited the goods. Reached out to the company Sunday and Monday morning about the lack of delivery and updates. By Monday afternoon, they informed me of an issue that led to the items being returned but promised a Tuesday delivery. The Post Office later emailed, indicating a delivery window between 10 am and 2 pm Tuesday, though it wasn't guaranteed. Again, we stayed home, and the package eventually arrived at 4:10 pm. Spending three days indoors for a signature-required delivery was frustrating. However, today's follow-up call (Wednesday) came with an apology for the delay, which was both unexpected and greatly valued.

My Nest smoke/Co detectors all required replacing as they reached their end date. 1st time I've used My Smart Home Shop and I'm very impressed. The items available are varied and if good quality. I also liked the service and information they provided. I have ordered more items since this review date and will use again, in fact I've replaced all the nest parts with Google Nest items so now have compatibility with Google Home. All in all 10/10
