Please do not order from this site ! .I placed my order on 23.9.24 when I was told it would take 10 - 12 day . Emailed on 19th October and was told it would be the following week . Emails were constantly ignored and when they did respond and promise they would get back to the same day …. Radio silence again on the 20.11.24 I asked for refund I was advised it had been completed guess what I’m still waiting for my 99.00 back and emails not being responded to . This is only one star because I can’t give zero

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I am absolutely obsessed with my recent purchase of the ‘angel coat’ & ‘fleece lined pramsuit’. The quality and design is beautiful and unreal. Thank you so much!

The clothes I received were absolutely beautiful, especially the angel coat, and the quality is great! I asked if I could receive the delivery before 25th November and i received it beforehand. I cannot fault the service, quality or designs. I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered the beautiful handmade Mac coat and was informed that there would be a bit of a wait as it was a handmade item. I was kept updated throughout and the communication was very good. When the coat arrived it was worth the wait! Absolutely stunning item and such amazing quality! So happy with my purchase and would definitely be ordering more. I always order from small businesses as their pieces are always so unique! Would highly recommend ordering from this business as all of the items are one of a kind. My daughter has had so many compliments on how beautiful her coat is! Very happy 😊

I just received my London Mac jacket and it is absolutely amazing!!! And quickly I ordered other 3 pieces but diferent ages, how beautiful is!!! One star is too many stars. Company is a complete scam, do not give them your money. Waited 10 weeks for my item, demanded a refund which has been "processed" yet I have not received this refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Just received the Angel coat, which was our second order from Hermosababi. This coat is stunning! I am absolutely delighted with it and can’t wait to see our grandaughter wear it. Would definitely recommend

I placed an order via klarna, items did not arrive in the time needed so emailed and was told there would be a delay and I could cancel order if I wished, which I did I ask in the email to cancel. I also informed klarna this was October I now have been told by klarna that hermosa Babi have declined and I need to pay. I have not received any items.

No items have been received and i have ordered from the 8th of august and it is now November. After many emails they finally replied to me last Tuesday stating that they would send out one item on Thursday with next day delivery, the second item was out of stock and they would refund. Ifs now a week later and i have not received either the refund or the item they were email's sending last week on next day delivery. Complete SCAM.

I initially got off on the wrong foot with this company regarding the delivery of my order however the owner of the company did reach out to me to personally amend things and turn things around. Such a lovely woman who should be proud of the way her business is growing. I hope to order from them again in the future 💓

I personally say this is one of the best websites out there for baby girl clothes. I find all the outfits adorable and I wish I could buy all of them. The customer service is amazing so quick, professional and you can tell the people who work for this business care about their job, items and customers they are just nice people.
I highly recommend this website I can’t wait to order more things!
But most importantly the clothing they offer is amazing quality!
