Appalling customer service- placed an order on the 27th December 2025 which never arrived and still chasing for a refund! I couldn’t even count how many emails I’ve sent and instagram DM’s- I’ve even reconfirmed my bank details for them to refund to. Incredibly frustrating. Avoid at all costs!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I originally purchased a dress for £45, only to see it reduced to £16 on the website shortly afterwards. I cancelled my original order and placed a new one at the lower price. However, that order was then cancelled by the company, and the dress was suddenly relisted at £35.

When I contacted the business, I was told it was a “database error.” After reading other customer reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident but something that has happened before. To make matters worse, I was promised a discount code as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience and stress caused, but I never received it.

The whole experience has been frustrating and has left me feeling misled. Poor communication, inconsistent pricing, and unfulfilled promises have completely put me off ordering from this company again. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

No sign of my order after over a month

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Hermosa Babi. I placed my order on 17th March and, to this day, I still haven’t received anything.

I’ve sent multiple emails and direct messages on Instagram with no response at all. The only way I managed to get any reply was by messaging the founder directly on Instagram. After about a week, she responded saying my order was being made and would be sent out promptly, and that she would personally make sure it was dispatched. However, the website never stated that items were on pre-order, which makes this even more frustrating.

Since then, communication has been very poor. I followed up again after more time passed and was told once more that it would be sent out, but yet another week has gone by with no updates, no dispatch confirmation, and still no order.

I’ve now been waiting over a month for an order that cost £60, with little to no communication from the business. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from here based on how this has been handled.

Ordered March 17th and it is now April 30th with no sign of my order. Since writing this review the lady who owns the shop then contacted me asking if I remove my review then she will send my refund straight away along with compensation which was a voucher for Hermosa Babi so I removed and I still haven’t received my refund.

It’s getting beyond ridiculous now so I will be escalating.

I don’t even want to give one star but I have had to to write this review. I ordered 4 items in December on 4 different orders. I hadn’t received anything by end of Jan so got in touch. I was told they had received a lot of orders and were very busy but was reassured they would be sent ASAP. Ofcourse they were never sent. I got in touch several times and either had no reply or was lied to and told they would be sent out soon. In February I asked for a refund. Again, some of my emails ignored, some I was lied to. I have been told 3 times that my refund has been processed but it is now middle of April and still nothing. Absolutely awful company!! DO NOT ORDER!

Sometimes a little slow responding but cannot fault the products whatsoever. Have ordered multiple times and absolutely love the designs they have on offer. Item always arrives in a timely manner and this is a small business, people are quick to forget that. Support small business, it’s important!!

Awaiting refund from august they cancelled the order they do not reply to emails then lie saying it’s being processed very bad customer service would avoid using this company

Placed an order in the summer which I never recorded. Got told on the 1st of September they had issued a refund and I have still not received. Full of excuses

I want to echo what the other ladies have said - I have placed a pre order months back which I never received. After being re assured a couple of times that the order will be sent soon messages are now being left without response. It's a shame that the company is resorting to this type of customer service when I was happy to be a loyal customer as I had appreciation for their clothes and while I thought my case was maybe isolated and I gave the company the benefit of the doubt given it's a small family business, it turns out it's becoming a pattern for multiple customers. Not ok and not the right way to build a reputation, mums are spending their hard earned money on their products for their LOs and they deserve better...

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt I should share my experience so others are aware. I completely understand that small businesses can get busy, and I’ve tried to be patient, but unfortunately I never received my order or a refund. I reached out several times by email and Instagram, and while I did receive a few replies saying it would be sorted, it sadly hasn’t been resolved. I really wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but after so long with no update, I felt it was only fair to leave this review.

I placed an order with Hermosa Babi on 26 July. The item never arrived. I contacted the company several times and initially received two replies where the owner apologised, cancelled my order, and told me that a refund had been processed. However, I never received that refund.

Since then, I have tried to contact the company multiple times over the course of a month, and I have had no response at all. I now have neither the product I paid for nor the refund I was promised.

I am disappointed with the lack of communication and the way my case has been handled, and I wanted to share my experience so other customers are aware.

I would give this company zero stars if I could! Still waiting for a refund from 3 months ago! They have lied to me 3 times saying they have transferred the money. Avoid at all costs!

Placed orders on 5th and 17th December 2024. None of the products I purchased were pre-order. I have been chasing both orders since 15th January 2025. Was given excuses on rebranding and restructuring. Tried emailing and instagram messaging, whilst being as patient as possible, but customer service is very poor and was lucky to get a response by February 2025. No outcome / refund for the order, so contacted them again in June 2025, to which the marketing manager assured me she would sort the problem out. 9 months down the line still waiting to hear back about two orders placed in December 2024.

Scam company do not use! Placed an order almost 2 months ago, I was sent a Royal Mail tracking number that didn’t even exist and they claim my order says delivered on their end… customer service has been awful the response time is agonising, I’ve had to send so many repeat emails! Was eventually told they would issue me a refund which was a week ago and has still not been received. Such a pain don’t recommend at all

Absolutely no customer service whatsoever
Ordered nearly 4 weeks ago payment as been taken and had no confirmation or tracking
Doing a charge back on my card as all emails to them just bounces back

There are some massive design flaws with this small buisness. The owner said she was taking everything off preorder, which she obviously didn’t. As you can see per the reviews here a lot of customers mention the extremely long delivery times. This is why. I guess people that shop but don’t follow their socials may not realise.

For my own personal experience, I ordered at the start of April. Yes I’m writing this in August…

I didn’t receive my item after (a rough estimate), 2 months. I contacted them, asked if it had even been shipped as I had been waiting so long (again! - my previous order also had the same problem but I sucked it up, they gave me a free outfit, I didn’t mind knowing they were on preorder). They ended up recalling the item back. I still to this day suspect it had never left them at all, I don’t even think they had hold of it yet. That would explain the whole rigmarole I had trying to get my money back.

Fast forward, weeks go by without receiving my refund for the supposedly recalled order. I had to go through a whole load of **** to contact Klarna and later, my bank to get a refund.

They obviously had no intention of hurrying up, or apologising. See the first time she was apologetic. This time, not so much. The customer service by the woman herself on instagram was downright appalling. She was rude, her tone shifted etc.

After a total of 4 months, Klarna and the woman behind this buisness finally sorted out my refund - today. I will still not get my money from 4 months ago back until next week. She made out like it was in their hands, it wasn’t - Klarna has been waiting for HER to respond back to them.

This time I will not be back.

Messaged multiple times asking where my order is as I ordered over 6 weeks ago so I’d like a refund or a tracking number and had a response saying order has been sent (but it clearly hasn’t been) because I still haven’t received.
