Day 0. Great experience with Airport pick, hotel, arrival

Day 1: Operation Everyone (service staff, doctor, technicians) has been so professional and caring. They explained things to me at every step and responded to my endless questions. And they provided post-op advice and medication, and ordered good food for my lunch (free).

Day 2 to 16 : I've enjoyed impeccable post-op care and follow-up so far. I've been assigned a specialized post-op assistant, Sedef. I think I asked her at least one question or show pictures of progress everyday. And she always replies in time, providing accurate information and advice.

So far, I'm highly satisfied with my progress. My progress so far has followed what they told me in the beginning. Scab shedding started at day 5 et finished at day8. Donor area is regrowing with so good recovering that most people don't realize that follicles have been removed. The transplanted area also is now full of visible new grafts. I'm now waiting for the shock loss phase, which is supposed to start in a couple of weeks.

The entire experience with Hermest Hair Clinic exceeded my expectations. Every step was so well organized and I greatly appreciated the clear and prompt communication at each and every step. All my questions were quickly answered, and they made sure to clarify any concerns and ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The Doctor understood exactly the hairline that I wanted to achieve, and worked through a few options to make sure I was happy before starting the procedure. The entire team was very welcoming and professional and this really helped me calm my nerves. I am very happy with the results and with the overall experience.

Hermest gave the most professional service. From getting picked up at 2am in a sprinter Van at the airport and taken to my hotel, to being delivered and driven for every appointment with amazing manners and care, it was the best service.
The appointment, most importantly, was exceptional. Being currently 10 days post op, everything healed up and is feeling/ looking amazing.

At the start of the recovery process but everything so far has been very good. Clinic is very nice and everyone is very helpful & polite.

Clinic was great, staff were helpful especially Aisha while I was there and Alp with the checkups after being very prompt to reply. Only issue I had was some mixups with transport on the second day when I was due for a wash and I didn’t get picked up so had to speak to someone else’s driver to be taken there

Everything was absolutely perfect. I was truly impressed. Bea provided such warm, caring, and exceptional support throughout the entire process. The whole team on site is outstanding—friendly, professional, and highly competent.

From my arrival to my departure, everything was organized flawlessly. The surgery went smoothly without any complications, and the surgical team worked together like a Swiss watch—perfectly coordinated and highly experienced. I am very happy with the initial results.

My personal post-operative caregiver, Ozkan, is also doing an excellent job. I truly feel that I am in the best possible hands.

Before I left the clinic, he carefully explained all of my medications, when and how to take each one, my post-operative care instructions, and what I should expect during recovery. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience.

The procedure itself was much more comfortable than I expected, and the team continually checked on me throughout the day to make sure I was doing well. What impressed me most was that I never felt like just another patient. Everyone genuinely cared about giving me the best possible outcome.

Once I returned home, the outstanding care continued. **Yanur** has been my primary contact throughout my recovery, and I honestly couldn't ask for better support. True to other reviews that led me to Hermest, I found their team devoted to my needs. This clinic indeed has a boutique feel to it, almost more like a spa than a medical facility. The surgeon obsessed on the right hairline for my bone and muscle structure, and one of the technicians went out of his way to make sure I could use my non-water resistant headphones without getting them wet during frequent washing. I feel reassured about their staff assigned to my follow up care. Very grateful I made the trip and spent a little more for the premium DHI package. The exosome treatment was important to me, and I especially benefited from an extra recovery day before flying back to the states.

Good clear communication, great facilities. Overall experience was excellent. Although the head doctor, the cardiologist, comes in the beginning for 2 mins and then you are in the hands of technicians. Their technicians are great! Post op, Elif literally checked up on me every day. She was awesome!

Very nice and patient personnel. The whole process went smoothly and for a long time after the operation, you can still chat with the personnel for any questions you have. What I liked the most is that they only do a few operations a day and are very precise with it so it doesn't feel like mass processing. 7 months after the operation I am for now satisfied and I'm looking forward for the results to be even better after a whole year has passed.

I’m still in the early stages of recovery from my FUE at Hermest, so I can’t fully judge the final results yet—but I am very satisfied with the service so far.

Pre-op was fantastic; the sales rep was incredibly attentive, and the logistics (hotel and transit to the clinic) went smoothly. It’s worth noting that the doctor was present for the initial interview and final examination, while the procedure itself was executed by technicians. I had excellent support during the operation, including a very attentive translator.

Post-op support has been great, with the team always available on WhatsApp for any questions. I highly recommend this process so far, and I’ll be sure to revise this review once my results are more concrete.

My hair loss is pretty bad unfortunately and I was told that I would need two separate hair transplants, one for my front side and one for my crown area. I started with my front and I'm now 9 months post op. I traveled from San Francisco to Turkey for this operation. I ended up doing the 3 day package DHI method. I was a little nervous becuase I didn't know what to except but the process went exactly how my coordinator described on WhatsApp and now that I look back, I feel silly for being nervous. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease the whole time. When I arrived in Istanbul, there was someone waiting for me at the airport and coordinated the pickup services to the hotel for me.

The hotel was very fancy and comfortable. The room was great and the food was delicious.The next day, they picked me up from the hotel and took me to the clinic where the operation was going to take place. There was a coordinator (Ayse), she was great and started by asking me some health questions and explained the process in detail for me. She made sure all my questions were answered and was very transparent about the process. I was then taken upstairs where the doctor came in and drew my hairline. They made sure they addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Afterwards, I was then taken to the operation room where the operation took place. The operation took about 5 hours and the nurses were very friendly and would periodically check in on me to make sure I am comfortable. If I recall correctly, they did about 4000 grafts.

After the operation was finished, they provided me with really delicious food and gave me some antibiotics, neck pillow (to sleep upright for a while), and post recovered instructions. They also gave me some special shampoo to use and asked if I wanted to buy the supply kit which has shampoo, multivitamins, and serum which I ended up buying the 3-month supply. These products are great and I highly recommend them.

Afterwards, they drove me back to the hotel where I recovered for the day. The next day they picked me up again and took me back to the clinic and did my wash. They also showed me how to properly wash my hair moving forward and gave me lots of post recovered instruction notes. Afterwards, they drove me back to the hotel where I stayed for the night and coordinated my last drop off service back to the airport.

They also give you a post op coordinator to help you with recovery and monthly checks. My monthly coordinator Sedef is phenomenal and always answers my questions and concerns. I had a lot of questions and concerns during the recovery process which I must admit is a little tedious but it was all worth it but she made sure she answered all of my questions and gave me lots of guidance.

Overall, the experience was great, the service was phenomenal and the staff made me feel comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend doing your HT with Hermest if you are considering it. I have no regrets so far and considering my 2nd HT for my crown area once I finish recovering from my 1st one.

My experience with Hermest was very positive from start to finish. The communication was excellent, with Yasemin and the entire coordination team providing clear, detailed information and quick support whenever needed. All hotel arrangements and transfers were well organized despite Istanbul’s heavy traffic.

The Exosome treatment, hair transplant procedure, follow-up care, PRP treatment and aftercare treatments were carried out professionally and without complications.
The medical team was attentive, caring, and made every effort to ensure my comfort throughout the process.

While the Selectum City Hotel was comfortable, it is quite far from both the clinic and the city center. A more centrally located hotel would enhance the overall experience. Nevertheless, I was very satisfied with the professionalism, organization, and care provided by the entire Hermest team.
