I have been very pleased with my experience at Hermest clinic. There was great care taken in my travels, planning, procedure and follow up. I will be recommending this clinic to my friends.

Hermest was great. The people were very pleasant, and the procedure was seamless. It’s been less than a month since my operation, and am currently pleased with the result. I would recommend this institution to anyone looking to receive a hair transplant.

Hermest did a very good job. They started with an exosome treatment on the first day. I believe this achieves 2 objectives:
1. It helps with the final result. It stops you from losing natural hair during the procedure, stimulates natural hair growth following the procedure and helps the transplanted hair folicles survive.
2. It weeds out anyone that would have a psychological or physical reaction during the early stages of the transplant. It is painful. The surgery is definitely a real surgery with a needed recovery time.

I did DHI to areas 1, 2 and 6. I requested they not cut off all my hair and they left the areas on top outside of the areas being transplanted into long. This looked funny for a while but actually led to my hair looking normal far sooner than with FUE. I am now 5 months post surgery with the donar hair 2 inches long. I did 3 PRP treatments since the surgery and intend to keep doing them on a bi-monthly basis. It helps with all the things the exosome treatment did.

Everyone says the results look great. While I had 4400 hairs transplanted when I could have used closer to 6000 to get very thick crown coverage, doing too many grafts at one time can be detrimental to the results. The donar areas are still thick and look normal. Who knows, maybe I'll get another procedure using back hair way down the line but for the next 10 years, I think I am good. The procedure was affordable, quick and the recovery time wasn't too long. I would suggest not working for a couple weeks and having AC on blast to not get an infection. No gym for a couple months as your blood pressure will play a role in the hairs surviving. Also, you won't be able to walk up a few stories, let alone work out, for the first week immediately after surgery.

Only 2 things to say about anything negative. I was asked to provide a review when I was kind of in shock immediately after surgery. Hard to review a procedure when you don't know the end results. Secondly, they try to sell you additional products right after surgery. I bought 3 months worth. The shampoo opened in 2 different bags in transport, it needs a better designed container. Especially for the price. The repair spray is very helpful with itching.

P.S. if you have a partner, get them to look for acne in the donar area daily after a few weeks of recovery - not while still bloody or scabbed. You can get cysts in some cases. I am prone to them, thankfully my wife helped fix all of that before they formed cysts.

My experience at Hermest has exceeded my expectations. From the first consultation, to 7 months now post-op, each step of the process has been clearly explained and each person I’ve worked with has been a pleasure to interact and correspond with.

I LOVE my new hairline!! I feel like a new man. I can’t believe it actually worked for me. My new hair is finally coming in thick, and looks natural. I get a lot of compliments and many say they wouldn’t have been able to tell I got it done if I hadn’t told them.

Day 0. Great experience with Airport pick, hotel, arrival

Day 1: Operation Everyone (service staff, doctor, technicians) has been so professional and caring. They explained things to me at every step and responded to my endless questions. And they provided post-op advice and medication, and ordered good food for my lunch (free).

Day 2 to 16 : I've enjoyed impeccable post-op care and follow-up so far. I've been assigned a specialized post-op assistant, Sedef. I think I asked her at least one question or show pictures of progress everyday. And she always replies in time, providing accurate information and advice.

So far, I'm highly satisfied with my progress. My progress so far has followed what they told me in the beginning. Scab shedding started at day 5 et finished at day8. Donor area is regrowing with so good recovering that most people don't realize that follicles have been removed. The transplanted area also is now full of visible new grafts. I'm now waiting for the shock loss phase, which is supposed to start in a couple of weeks.

The entire experience with Hermest Hair Clinic exceeded my expectations. Every step was so well organized and I greatly appreciated the clear and prompt communication at each and every step. All my questions were quickly answered, and they made sure to clarify any concerns and ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The Doctor understood exactly the hairline that I wanted to achieve, and worked through a few options to make sure I was happy before starting the procedure. The entire team was very welcoming and professional and this really helped me calm my nerves. I am very happy with the results and with the overall experience.

Hermest gave the most professional service. From getting picked up at 2am in a sprinter Van at the airport and taken to my hotel, to being delivered and driven for every appointment with amazing manners and care, it was the best service.
The appointment, most importantly, was exceptional. Being currently 10 days post op, everything healed up and is feeling/ looking amazing.

At the start of the recovery process but everything so far has been very good. Clinic is very nice and everyone is very helpful & polite.

Clinic was great, staff were helpful especially Aisha while I was there and Alp with the checkups after being very prompt to reply. Only issue I had was some mixups with transport on the second day when I was due for a wash and I didn’t get picked up so had to speak to someone else’s driver to be taken there

Everything was absolutely perfect. I was truly impressed. Bea provided such warm, caring, and exceptional support throughout the entire process. The whole team on site is outstanding—friendly, professional, and highly competent.

From my arrival to my departure, everything was organized flawlessly. The surgery went smoothly without any complications, and the surgical team worked together like a Swiss watch—perfectly coordinated and highly experienced. I am very happy with the initial results.

True to other reviews that led me to Hermest, I found their team devoted to my needs. This clinic indeed has a boutique feel to it, almost more like a spa than a medical facility. The surgeon obsessed on the right hairline for my bone and muscle structure, and one of the technicians went out of his way to make sure I could use my non-water resistant headphones without getting them wet during frequent washing. I feel reassured about their staff assigned to my follow up care. Very grateful I made the trip and spent a little more for the premium DHI package. The exosome treatment was important to me, and I especially benefited from an extra recovery day before flying back to the states.

Good clear communication, great facilities. Overall experience was excellent. Although the head doctor, the cardiologist, comes in the beginning for 2 mins and then you are in the hands of technicians. Their technicians are great! Post op, Elif literally checked up on me every day. She was awesome!
