They don't ship what they describe
I ordered the travel-edge meclizine and expected a case of 12 bottles as described in the description. However I only received 1 bottle. I have made several attempts to contact them online and via email and have received no reply. The price charged is outrageous for 1 bottle but good for a case of 12. I will not be buying anything from here ever again.

Poor customer service
I have tried to reach them repeatedly for last week. Their phone goes dark after pressing one or two for help. Placed order Feb 7th. Only received one confirmed email. So assume has not been shipped. No answer back from support email I sent either. Wonder if employees are all sick or company having problems. I live in SC, USA. Have no idea what s up with my order.

AFTER SAW THIS, I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND IT'S BEEN 1 MONTH AND THEY STILL ARE NOT SENDING MY MONEY. THEY CONSTANTLY MISS AND DON'T ANSWER CORRECTLY. IN SHORT THESE ARE SCAMMERS. Reliable quick delivery of iffy branded product
An unusual purchace. Usually get 36-ct boxes, but on this day, HerbsPro had 18-ct boxes for less than half of 36-ct available-box prices, so got some while postponing larger order for better later prices. Prices have been creeping up. Came quickly. Container was undamaged. I use the underlying product for dry-throat/cotton-mouth, especially when sleeping. Product way cheaper than rivals, but QC is and always has been CRAP and just part of the price of goods. Misformed pieces, cracked/broken pieces, empty shrink-bubbles. Same uncorrected mnfctrng/packaging problems for years. Brand still best overall bargain

I found the Power Dolphus I wanted by going to the original manufacturer's website, but somehow I got 'popped' over to you. The product was easily traceable during shipping; arrived when you said it would & in good condition; and was a good price. I was VERY SATISFIED. Unfortunately, somehow I didn't connect that I had purchased it from YOU and not the manufacturer, so when I went to reorder today, I didn't come to you - and I paid more for the same product. I WILL REMEMBER when I need to reorder in a few months to come to your site instead of the manufacturer's - and hope you will still have Power Dolphus in stock and I'm able to purchase it from your site.
