It’s been one month and no product

It’s been one month and no product. It shipped and was somehow redirected back to their warehouse.

I finally ended up receiving my item. But the reshipment tracking, etc was never updated/accurate. It took 1 month total for order to get here.

Crap service!!

Order made on the 15th of April emailed them on 25th of April as I had had no tracking details sent...they replied said it would be sent on the 28th of April. It has now been nearly 2 weeks since that email and still no tracking details...and they won't reply to any more emails....crap customer service!!!

Worst online shopping ever with HerbsPro!

I have the world Online shopping Experience with this Company.

I placed my order in April 19th. After two emails asking the shipment status and a 1-star comment here within two weeks after my placement, a customer service representative, replied and confirm that my shipment will be done on 28th April.

Of course, it was never happened.

The worst part is, the representative asked me to delete my previous trustpilot review! I deleted my previous post. And there was no more reply from that representative or the company anymore.

It is a scam.

I urge everybody to be careful of buying anything through this website.

I am now requesting refund. I hope I am lucky here, but I still hope that nobody will experience similar bad thing like I had in the past month.

Scam company!!!!

Scam

Scam. Ordered item through the online page. Went to the checkout but there was an issue with recognise card or address. So tried ordering a second time but it said the same thing. So I just presumed order hadn't gone through. But next day checked my account and payment for both transactions was taken from bank account.

The only reason a credit card may be declined on our website is if the billing and shipping information do not match. As shown in the screenshot we provided in our previous email, both payment attempts were declined on April 28 and the transactions were not authorized. Multiple failed attempts may have caused a temporary hold or "pending" charge on your card due to a system-related glitch.

We kindly ask that you allow a few days for the pending charge to disappear. If it does not, we recommend contacting your bank to request its removal.

Missing half of my order

Missing half of my order, No customer service...no reply to email. Now have to wait another week to file a claim with usps. Had to order somewhere else and now wait for a refund. Big hassle, never again

Poor customer service and terrible…

Poor customer service and terrible shipment issues

I have ordered products from the USA countless times through iHerb or Amazon and I have never had such problems that they list in their reviews responses here. Sure, products being held at customs clearance can happen, but I have contacted customer service, they said they would get back to me within a few days...it has been almost 3 weeks, and they stopped responding. No updates about my order, nothing. Laughable, honestly.

This was my first and last time ordering from this company :)

I placed an order on March 8. Was finally shipped March 21. Still not received the order. I hope it will ever be delivered. Every two weeks one step further. And it must be delivered in teh Netherlands!!!

Is HerbsPro.com a Legitimate Company or a Scam?

I placed an order on February 27th, and after multiple delays, it was finally shipped on March 5th. However, I have still not received the product. I reached out to customer service for an update, but they have completely stopped responding.

Extremely slow shipping and terrible customer service. If you need your order urgently, do not buy from HerbsPro. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if this company is a scam.

Wrong Products - Support team apparently offline

I received the wrong products in my order, and when I went to contact support via phone, there was no response at all, even during their support hours. I then left multiple emails and submitted multiple support forms, also to which I have yet to receive a proper response. Overall, I am pretty disappointed with such a poor experience.

Update: The issue was resolved successfully after the support team contacted me!

They sound like a scam to me.

I ordered from Herbspro and after 17 days, I got an email from them stating they cancelled my order. After that, I called them to ask why they cancelled my order, and got a recording saying no one was available. The call went to Union City, Ca.

An unfortunate Waste

I didn’t actually get my order from them until later, when I needed them; for the Super Bowl they weren’t there. when I finally got to try the beans that were differently labeled from the website, which I thought was odd they were disgusting. The crazy part is that the flavor was delicious, but as you kept chewing on the beans, it had like a weird almost grainy texture.

Plus, I'm still missing a box of 12 & of the 24 poorly packaged bags I did receive, it turns out 5 were unsealed on top with a bunch of loose ones on the bottom. And no one has been able to make this right.
