Was Amazing Course The key to Property Investment, that I had with Henry is knowledgeable, give us a lot the good information. I recommend all the person who interesting in property investment to attend the course.

I found Henry very informative and the course was in depth but easy to follow .. he did not rush but made sure everyone on the course had a full understanding. I would definately sign up for any additional courses given by this property expert.

Henry’s Property Refurbishment class was the first NRLA training day I have been on, and it genuinely exceeded my expectations. His content draws upon years of first-hand experience and expertise, and was delivered in an engaging and thoroughly informative manner. I haven't had much experience with large property development projects till now and was quite daunted at the prospect. But the materials have been super-helpful and include a step-by-step breakdown which I'll definitely be relying upon for guidance. Definitely worth attending!

I attended Henry's NRLA course last Friday. Being in the sector as a newbie from 2008, I have seen a lot and learnt a lot (especially with my latest projects which are larger), but this course still gave me a whole load of new information and tricks/ideas that made it well worth it. I would recommend checking out the course for everyone, from people new to the sector to those who might have been doing it on their own steam for a while (like myself), as it definitely has helped get me started on formalising the work I do, rather than having everything ad hoc as I have done for so many years now.
Henry was very honest and open with what he revealed (something that many in the industry aren't) and it was refreshing to see that he's so keen to help others along.

I attended Henry's Refurbishment course through NRLA and I'm so pleased I made the investment.

I'm a project manager in the construction industry but I still learned a great deal from Henry's experience and knowledge.

The course content was clear, the teaching relevant and the supporting information such as the spreadsheets, the workbook and real life example documents helpful to further reinforce my learning.

Part of the course content was about managing risks and ultimately ensuring success when undertaking refurbishment projects. Sharing of real life examples and mistakes was a key learning outcome for me.

I attended Henry's course on property refurbishment on the 17th of January, it is by far the best course I have been on. Being a newbie in property investing, Henry made the course simple to understand but also extremely detailed and informative. The use of the spreadsheets and course workbook was really useful and made the information given a lot easier to understand. Henry guided me through the process of setting up my first HMO project, along with his 3 month mentorship he visited the property and gave great advice on floor plans and some innovative ideas on what I should do.
