This is the Gold Standard I’ve been looking for! Someone who’s actually been there and done it & is happy to chat or through like a friend, rather than just another faceless YouTuber, who has just been on a training course and has no hands in experience. For years I’ve dabbled in and out of the standard property presentations but usually they are a waste of time & someone is either telling you what you already know or trying to sell you something. Henry was different from the start. Friendly, likeable and full of experience and enthusiasm. His past projects that he shares with you are a testament to what can be achieved with the right knowledge and experience. If you are considering a course this is the one if you are a serious property wannabe or looking to take your business to the next level. I’m looking forward to joining Henry on more presentations in the future to learn how to grow my business model and would definitely recommend you do the same if you are serious about property!

It was such an insightful course as a newbie in the property industry. We have invested in a couple of buy to lets, and from this course I have learnt the pitfalls we may have made, so that going forward I know what to look for, and also due more research around the what sort of property I wish you invest in.

This 1 day has only given me a small glimpse of how much I need to learn if I want to make this a successful business.

Henry was the mentor on a property refurbishment course that I attended. I found him to be knowledgeable and a good communicator. He's set me up with information and guidance that I'll use when refurbishing properties.
