Awful delivery and refund process

Awful delivery and refund process: the delivering company tries to deliver the package at 10pm (I was in bed - and FYI I did not agree on this time schedule), then they hold the parcel in a very remote location which was closed on weekend, only for a week. As a result, I could never collect it and Hemmetshjarta is charging me like hell on the reimbursement as I did not collect the parcel. A total waste of time and money.

Som tidigare nämnt. Du får besked i god tid från transportören om vilken dag och tid leveransen beräknas att ankomma. Att du är missnöjd med Post Nords hemleverans är givetvis jättetråkigt. När man avtalar dag/tid med fraktbolaget och inte följer den uppgjorda överenskommelsen kommer ett nettobelopp att debiteras till dig som kund på den avgift fraktbolaget tar ut för frakt samt leveranshinder.
En helt vanlig behandling inom e-handel och inget unikt för oss som butik. Vi som butik har följt våra villkor och gjort våra förpliktelser samt besvarat dina mejl omgående så fort de ankommit vår inkorg. Det blir helt fel att ge oss en stjärna på trustpilot när vi inte har gjort några som helst fel. Hälsningar Hemmets Hjärta

I will not ever again buy…

I will not ever again buy something, this store is the worst. My package never came and they never answer my email’s, instead they send a new bill for the returns package that I never had in first place and now the cost is 569 kr it’s crazy!!!!

Your post is far from the truth. Therefore, it becomes extra boring and frustrating to read.
As mentioned earlier, we can't see what we've done wrong in this case.
You have ordered two orders on two different occasions.
Order confirmations have been sent to your specified email address on both occasions.
Also information that we have sent your orders and that they are on their way to you.
We have documented this to you in previous email communication.
DHL has sent out AVI via SMS to your specified mobile number in both cases.
We have also documented this for you.
On 18/6 we received an email from you which was answered on 19/6.
Everything is in order regarding Klarna. Order 183055 is fully refunded.
What remains on the invoice for order 183058 is the return fee of SEK 569 because you have not picked up your shipment with the fees that will then be added. You have also been informed about this.

Allt är i ordning när det gäller Klarna. Order 183055 har hela beloppet återbetalats.
Det som står kvar på fakturan för order 183058 är returavgiften på 569 kr eftersom du inte hämtat ut din försändelse med de avgifter som då tillkommer. Detta har du också blivit informerad om.
