Easy to decide what to have for meal, easy to make, motivated to make dinner at home with basics I usually eat but with interesting spices, sauces that I wouldn’t have thought to put together

My order is not here yet it’s already 3:11 Saturday like ladt week it never came I’m so prostrated withYou guys !!

I select my order date delivery for a few weeks out and it gets delivered the week I postpone. Purolator uses an excuse it cannot locate my address. Strange all other courier companies do. This past week I delay the shipment for one week and again they ship it early. I am out of the country working. I had to arrange for my tenant to pick up the box but it never arrived and I still have not heard anything regarding g where it is or delivery. I think I am just going to cancel all together this is ridiculous. I want my money back for this last weeks order. I never received it. In my first two orders I never got to taste the food yet.

Only tried one meal so far. Flavour was great but some of the fresh ingredients werent ripe yet

I’m still not clear on my plan and what I get for free I signed up because I thought I was getting 20 free meals

Last week the orders that you sent to me weren’t what I thought I was ordering, but maybe I didn’t act quickly enough. I tried to get it in earlier this week.

I decided to try Hello Fresh while I was staying with my elderly mother, who no longer cooks. I liked the idea that I could cook for my mom but not leave her with a bunch of extra ingredients she wouldn't use. I love the easy to follow recipes, fresh ingredients, and my mom loves to be the sous-chef. We've both enjoyed the delicious food and time together in the kitchen.

Good variety but size of portion's seem to be quite small

Hello Fresh solves a lot of our shopping issues. We are both 80 and I have health issues which limit my activities. My husband has to do the shopping and the cooking and much appreciates the Hello Fresh program. We enjoy the large choice of meals and have never been dissatisfied with our choices.

Takes the stress out of deciding what to eat.

I have cancelled my account I was not supposed to get this last box way too expensive almost $100 for 3 boxes this is ridiculous please cancel my account

Meals are very tasty and easy to prepare

Good deliveries, good packaging, really good food although sometimes they have bland dishes that could use better seasonings because they do have really good seasonings for some dishes but all in all good service and good food although I wish they wouldn’t send me fish and cheesy dishes when I forget to pick my meals I never pick fish or cheesy dishes and I thought by now that there would be and AI organizer that could figure out that I never choose fish so let’s not send this guy fish and cheesy dishes when he forgets to choose his meals. Cheers 🤙

Every meal has been good, but none have wowed me. That may be the chefs fault. Most of the recipes are very busy. May need multiple people cooking to do it in the advertised time. The delivery range is a bit wide but not the end of the world. Other than that everythings fine. Love that theres different meals every week and every meal has been pretty good so far.
