Had such a great experience with Hertforce for my new boiler. Have shopped around a bit but hadn’t really felt confident until I spoke with Ashley. He made sure I was 100% comfortable, answered any questions I had and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much heatforce and Ashley!

I used Heatforce recently for new Solar Panels, the customer service was excellent from the start, Sarah helped me through the process to claim SEG payments back through my supplier, Thank you all would highly recommend.

Recently spoke to Caitlin, who was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

I contacted this company today regarding solar panels, I spoke with Caitlin who was extremely helpful and had great customer service.

I called Heatforce for advise on getting an install at my property, I spoke with Caitlin and she was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction.

I spoke to a lady called Caitlin who was super helpful regarding getting a new boiler and potentially solar panels. She explained everything clearly and was very patient with my million questions!! Getting a new boiler is overwhelming so it was lovely to speak to someone so warm and friendly! Highly recommend Caitlin for any advice you need.

Great service from initial enquiry to installation. I was kept informed at every stage of our order a the installation was completed in a timely manner and the installation team were cleaning up after themselves and were polite.
Would definitely recommend and use again. And a special mention to Jess who was amazing and dealt with every concern I had.

Rang this company today about a heating enquiry and spoke to their representative Kathryn,I must say what a lovely lady to deal with,very courteous and knowledgeable.

Never experienced such poor customer service in all my life. Was in contact with Emily Evans who averages one email response per day. Paid for a service and never got the invoice when she said. When I emailed to check, she had signed out for the day and I had to ring back another day to get her to do it. Then asked her about servicing plans. I asked to have the monthly plan and I still haven't had any response from her on this. That was about 3 weeks ago.

My service was booked for a Tuesday, then I get an email to say that they now need to change the date as the engineer is not available, had to rearrange this and get my dad to attend as I was in work.

When the engineer arrived, he failed to give me a certificate for any of the work. I emailed that evening asking for the certificate and never had a response. I then rang the day after and was told it would be sent to my email. That never happened. I rang back askiing for it, and apparently the engineer has the certificate and as soon as he hands it over I would get it. That was yesterday. Another day has passed and I am still waiting.

Wish I never had to use this company as they are an absolute shambles.

Had solar panels and battery system fitted for my house.
I spent a long time researching and finding a suitable installer throughout the UK and spoke to a lot of installers.
I commend Dan and his team at Heat Force. From start to finish they have been professional, courteous and helpful. There is no hard sell and inaccurate information given like others I dealt with.
They tailored my system to my needs and recommended only what I needed. Dan the sales director came out himself and met me to ensure I was happy with my survey and order.
It took just two days to install a large system. I was lucky to have two great boys to install which were Jo who installed the panels and Dallas electrician. A special mention to Dallas. He was extremely polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and provided me his expert opinion throughout the installation. His attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work is exceptional. He even called me after the install to check everything was working well which I was immensely impressed with.
Ryan in the office is also great and provides help throughout.

Overall a great experience and I cannot recommend them enough as they are genuinely customer focused and helpful throughout. A truely local focussed knowledgeable company who know how to do Solar well. I have no hestitation in throughly recommending Dan and his team for residential Solar and battery. A great team to deal with and a pleasure to work with.

Just had a new heating system put in by jarred and adam. Highly recommend both worked really hard to get the job done. Tidy and cleand uo after themselfes and nothing was too much to ask of them.

cameron did a great job installing heat pump,cylinder,and 11 radiators one his own most of the time.i felt the company let him down by not getting him b&b up here instead of him driving to and from cardiff every day

Friday 23/8/2024, date arranged for the service of our faithful but ancient boiler. The verdict? Humane disposal and urgent replacement. Fair enough but this is Friday before a Bank Holiday and it's midday! A phone call or two later we were told it would be dealt with tomorrow!!! Sure enough, Henry turned up at 08.15 on a Holiday Saturday. He worked his socks off and heyho, we now are back up and running. Any management reading this, please look after Henry, he's a great great young engineer and so professional. Thank you all at Heatforce, you are brilliant!!

Your engineer was very polite. Professional although I had forgot they were calling today. She was helpful as I had to move things out of the way. And I am struggling with my health.
