Have a service plan with Heatforce after they fitted my new boiler and had Scott out to service my boiler this morning. After he had finished he asked to borrow my loo. He then said he was popping out to his van for a clip and came back in and repaired my radiator which was half hanging off the wall - I hadn't asked him to or mentioned it - he simply noticed when he went to the loo. Absolutely went above and beyond and that sums up Heatforce perfectly.

Diabolical company.Promised completion by 12/12/2024. Still waiting!
We had central heating installed by HF around 3 years ago and found them to be excellent. We took out a maintenance contract and during the next 2 years problems and regular maintenance were first class.
Now, however?
We had a problem which stopped our heating working on a very cold day. We had problems finding their emergency phone number. Found it but no one there, so left a message.
No réponse but tracked down an other number which connected us to their "emergency service". Voicemail... Left a message.... No response.
One cold night later phoned the office, but everyone busy so I couldn't be put through, but was promised a call back. Two hours later... phoned again.
"Sorry, that's not covered" even though the contract said "boiler cover". "It's in warranty, so call the manufacturer".
I did. They sorted it by phone in 10 minutes.
We cancelled Heatforce and have gone elsewhere
9 weeks and counting.
Im still waiting for the completion of my air source Ec04 heating grant and this company has been far from reliable. Poor quality of work dreadful management of job. Lack of customer care through Christmas. Left with no heating pipe dripping with no one coming back from concern raised. 20/12/24- 07/01/25. Electrician wired up tank incorrectly so water being heated 24/7 to 68degrees. At my expense. No dust sheet put down down stairs on carpets heating fuel spilt in boiler cupboard dreadful stench left to clear up. Flooding of kitchen from a pipe connector blowing off. Company left me to clear water in kitchen. Running 3 dehumidifier to dry out insulation ceiling kitchen. Disconnected Legionella’s pump cycle, meant to flush every 7days. Now not flushed for over 10days. No hurry to get Heating engineer and electrician back. Debris left in loft space and around house and drive from installation. No urgency to get tradesmen back. Very poor communication.
If I could give a minus 10(-10) I would. I was told 2 week to install. Still waiting for it to be completed. Feel like treated like second class citizen as in receipt of EC04 grant. That I should be grateful and except anything. Well I wont.
We have a care plan with Heatforce and today we had to call them out for the first time. We woke this Saturday morning to find the boiler had a fault code and not working. I called Heatforce and the gentleman I spoke to said he would work out his day and let me know when he could make it out to fix. He let me know it would be later today , then updated me with an ETA later on. He arrived when he said he would , fixed the problem without any fuss. He could not have been more helpful and I could not be more impressed with the service. Sadly I did not get the gentleman’s name to give him a personal compliment, however I am sure you will sort this. simply excellent.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY INTO YOUR HOME!!!
I have had my beautiful little cottage ruined. I have never seen such appalling work.
Decent workmen have been sent EVENTUALLY to sort out the problems But the damage had already been done.
I have been left without any heating for 4 months now. My children have had to stay elsewhere as it's been too cold for them.
I home has become damp and I am fighting the mould.
Communication is non existent. Workmen have given me their phone numbers and said I can call them directly as not even they can believe the mess I have been left with.
My bills have doubled and my mental health is not great either.

ASHP and solar systems installed under the ECO4 scheme.
The solar system went in OK although with the small roof the economics barely work out - the panels made around £70 last year with most of it exported not used. The small roof did not allow for a decent number of them which is not their fault. A normal size roof with 6-8 panels might make you £150 - £200 per year.
The air source heat pump system installation was botched from day one. A reworking of the installation was done by adding a buffer tank but this was again botched requiring it to be later corrected after informing them of this and some other mistakes. They have a very poor understanding of this technology in general which together with rushing the installations leads them to continually make mistakes which then need corrected later but it is up to you to identify. The final system runs fine for most of the year, but struggles to get the living area above 18.5 C on the coldest days, with air source heat pump doing its job correctly bringing flow temp up to 55 C but clearly they have not done the heat loss calculations properly or at all so not sufficient number and size of radiators to push this heat out into the property fast enough.
Lots of mess of course, left for you clear up. Carpets and wooden beams singed, solder droplets everywhere, plaster board and mortar debris left on floor. However they do take most of the large refuse back including the old radiators.
As a company they will generally answer phones. They will send emails but usually will not respond to emails sent especially anything detailed. They do usually turn up when say they will but not always (two occasions). Also did not stick to the agreed installation schedule requiring more holiday time booked off to house sit.
They are good on the paperwork side, providing a full handover pack in an email once installation complete which greatly assists getting solar export set up with supplier. Suggest using Octopus for solar export.
Boiler broken - just outside of warranty period. Earliest Heatforce would come out is in 16 days time. JOKE.

HEATFORCE NEARLY KILLED US!!!
Very unprofessional service! I had two kids attend my property and the only way to describe them were jack the lads, absolutely no professionalism! They attended my property to do a basic job to reattach a gas pipe to an external wall, on the surface it looked a reasonable well completed job, for literally clipping a pipe back to the wall. However, later on that evening I could smell gas near my boiler, unaware how serious it was and how much danger we were in, I left the window open as I thought it was a blow back from the boiler. In the morning the whole house was stinking of gas, I contacted the emergency line for Western Power who attended the property immediately, very professional, absolutely different service and attitude compared to the cowboys attending my property the previous day. The Western Power engineer tested the air with his equipment, the level of gas in a property to prompt the property to be evacuated is 20%, the level in my property was alarmingly 98%. Thank God I stopped my daughter from turning the bathroom light on!!! Then I had the unfortunate experience of having these imbeciles attend my property to rectify their mess! The first thing one of them said to me was that the engineer from Western Power was probably fibbing about the levels!! I have photographic evidence of the readings as do WesternPower!! It took them a further four hours to find the gas leak they had caused! They couldn't even work out what gas pipes were feeding what appliances!! Basic requirements!! I have further complained and asked for the paper work. I have only received the paper work from the second visit, not the first!! I'm sure the first paper work will show that the basic checks weren't completed, such as the gas levels after the original work had been done, if that had been done, it would have identified then that there had been a gas leak and myself and children wouldn't have been put in serious danger!
DO NOT RISK YOUR LIVES WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

We have recently had an Air source heat pump central heating system installed by Heatforce.
We had two engineers with us for five days and the two guys were a credit to Heatforce, they were clean, tidy, respectful, polite and thoughtful putting the radiators and pipework as discretely as possible.
Honestly can’t fault them and had no issues at all. WHAT A TEAM.
Personnel thanks to Hue and Rob

We have recently had solar panels installed by Dallas and he did an amazing job for us. He was hardworking, cheery and took personal responsibility to resolve any issues which arose. He also explained things clearly which proved very helpful. Jess in the office also provided excellent customer service.
The system operates well and we are pleased Heatforce did the job!

Unfortunately having to edit my review to reflect the service I have received since the system was installed. I will leave my original review under this for context.
Our system started malfunctioning in late December/early January so we contacted Heatforce via telephone and email the same week it fully stopped. Whenever we rang, the necessary people were 'in a meeting', whether this was 9am, 16:50 or any times in-between - never available. Emails were roundly ignored. Early February we called and had to explain (to the lady at the front desk of course) that there was smoke coming from the inverter, which finally led to some sort of response. An engineer came, switched the system fully off, noted which part had failed and left. Fast forward to late March, after repeated emails sent and being told the part was being sourced, we called and refused to be fobbed off with more excuses, prompting them to drag someone 'out of a meeting' to deal with us. Now told that they were still in the process of ordering the part, we waited until the second week of April for someone to come out and fix the issue. Although it should be noted, the scheduled day for the site visit was missed and we once again had to chase up with Heatforce as to why no-one had turned up.
Now the system is working as intended, I am attempting to contact Heatforce again to provide British Gas with the DNO number so that we can set up an export tariff. We are currently standing at just over a week with no return contact.
So going forward, I would say the system itself when working is fantastic. Just get someone else to install it and save yourself the hassle of dealing with people who are not interested in customer aftercare until threatened with legal action.
Only reason this edited review is not one star is for the system itself and the excellent contractors who installed it, who funnily enough no longer work for Heatforce.
Original review for context:
We had a full Solar system implemented and the experience was completely hassle free. Hywel installed the Panels and Dallas did the electrical work. Both super friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating to all of our questions. We got a great price and are happy to say we are seeing results immediately in regards to our reliance on the grid. Would 100% recommend Heatforce. Communication has been fantastic, especially with Dallas who goes out of his way to help out in any way he can.

I had Dallas here today, the electrician from Heatforce to fit the Inverta for my Solar panels. He could not have been more helpful and fitted everything very neatly. He also then went out of his way to help when I subsequently had an issue even though it was the weekend! Thank you so much!

Heating engineer Katie Vaughan visited my house to fit a new thermostat. She was purposeful and with steady progress her work resulted in a competent completion of what seemed a complicated rewiring of a gas boiler to take a new thermostat. The result was that all the radiators became fully functional for the first time in this old house together with a satisfied customer.
