Brilliant service, very competent and reassuring gas engineer Chris.
Heatfix came out as I had had an issue with my Gas service provider. Chris was great, he checked out what I was advised the problem was (there was not a problem after all!). Chris checked all the required safety bit and provided me with a Gas Safety Record immediately. This saved me over £400.
Chris was efficient, tidy, helpful and thorough. Definitely recommend, thank you!

I honestly can't recommend this company enough.
My engineer was very friendly & incredibly helpful.
He had two parts to fix on my boiler but a few more issues happened when he was fixing it. He was able to source the parts needed & fixed them aswell as the initial two parts in one visit.
I cannot thank him enough.
The office staff have also been a pleasure to deal with & also extremely helpful.
I have been that impressed with Heatfix that I cancelled my policy with another company & now have my yearly boiler service set up with Heatfix as they offer three great choices.

Service itself was excellent: thorough, polite, tidy. Office end could be improved.

Excellent customer service once again from start to finish from Heatfix. Prompt call out and a call to let me know they were on their way. Chris also took time once he had resolved the issue to explain what the problem had been.

Routine annual service. All carried out and ready for winter. Good advice re settings.

Had our annual boiler service carried out by Darren today. Darren gave us a call to let us know he was on his way and he was very efficient and helpful, explaining things as he went along. Would recommend.

The job was not easy to identify for what was wrong as this is new boiler but the engineer figured out the faulty of the new high technology to optimise on my house water system.
He did very good job.

Ryan was very polite and courteous. He explained everything about what he looked at the gas boiler.

Just had my boiler serviced by Alun. He was extremely knowledgeable explaining everything thoroughly. Also tips on how to conserve energy which was really useful.

Just had our boiler serviced by Alun. He called to let us know he was on his way arriving at the start of the agreed time slot which is always a bonus. He was a friendly and tidy worker who completed a thorough service explaining all his findings. He also suggested ways to make our boiler more efficient to help keep running costs down. Excellent service. Will definitely use HeatFix again.

Engineer Chris Connoly serviced my heating system and boiler today. He phoned to say I was next on his list. He explained everything that he had checked and why and answered a few questions i had. Very thorough and efficient. Would recommend HeatFix.
