First class service from heat fix can not fault it 5*****

Darren called beforehand to let me know his arrival time. He immediately diagnosed the problem from my description and explained the problem and solution to it very clearly. He quickly replaced the faulty motorised valve and made sure that the system was fully working. He was very courteous and efficient and I was very impressed. Great service.

Great support with service engineer Daren explaining the issue and quickly fixing it. I received a phone call informing me that Daren would arrive within 10 minutes.I would definitely recommend using this heating service especially with a service contract.

We had a problem with our functioning boiler that was the result of various poor pieces of work from other contractors. Our engineer Chris successfully identified and isolated the issue and fixed it as well as improving our overall heating connectivity and safety despite the added challenges of having to work around other mistakes. Darren arrived perfectly on time to service my boiler and acted friendly and professionally throughout. He took the time to answer any questions I had and also provided advice and recommendations for other work.

I knew my replacement hot water tank was going to be an extremely difficult task, being situated in a very confined and awkward place, plus being an old property. However, Ryan worked extremely hard putting extra effort into this difficult installation. I know how extremely difficult it all was, and I really appreciated everything he had to do to make the installation successful. No mean feat, and I’m very grateful to him for all his caring hard work and sympathetic and kind attitude.
