What a great company, service level is second to none. Had a problem with damage but had a new unit next day. The amica pizza oven and the pizza shovel I bought were good quality. The oven comes complete with propane gas regulator, pizza stone and oven cover, all good quality. The oven performs really well and cooks pizzas very quickly. You have to watch and turn if you don’t want to burn. I recommend the shovel as it allows control of your pizza without getting burnt, the oven has a lot of heat at the entrance. In my opinion a great product and cooks perfect.

Excellent customer service after our bulb in our outdoor heater stopped working. Received a replacement within 48 hours and the MD followed up with our order to check all was OK.

I recently purchased a shadow diffusion heat lamp . It looks and works just like the little video online so no hidden surprises.

It’s quite warm especially when the 2 heating modes are on.

Aesthetically it’s very pleasing and it waterproof ability has been very well tested with the recent thunderstorms we have had.
We actually only used two of the 3 long rod parts for the stand as we wanted a shorter version and it works perfectly.

We are very happy with the service we received & our purchase , I would highly recommend Heat outdoors & this product.

Great service identifying and supplying a replacement glass lamp for my patio heater.

We had a query about two similar electric patio heaters so I rang the company and the lady I spoke to suggested the newer slightly more expensive one was nicer looking where the older one was a little more industrial looking. The heater came on time and is brilliant! We love it and our friends do too. Gas heaters do create ambiance but this heater is efficient and as we have solar and batteries is free to run. We bought the newer slightly more expensive heater and we are very happy.

Quality products matched with exceptional service levels. Having purchased twice from Heat Outdoors over the last few years I would highly recommend them. The first time was a few years ago with a wall heater. It still works perfectly, unlike the two previous ones purchased from other retailers being different brands. The second is a small heater for our new summerhouse. Works a treat and can't wait to benefit in the cooler months.

Heat outdoors were recommended to us by a friend a couple of years ago, and we bought our first heater (Fatboy) for our pergola after analysing the info on the very helpful website (videos, cost per hour, coverage etc). Having now built a pool area and poolside seating area, we recently bought a Shadow with the telescopic stand. Heating is just what we'd hoped for, friends very impressed, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heat Outdoors for product quality, value and service

Excellent video explaining the differences in heaters helped decide which type to buy. Delivery was excellent and they are very well built. They provide the perfect affordable heater for outdoor use, we will also make use of them inside in winter.

Ordered Santini outdoor heater that was delivered quickly (2 days from memory). Perfectly packaged to ensure that the glass tube was in perfect condition. Easy to assemble and worked first time. Good customer support when I had a simple question.

I was really dismayed when one of our heaters blew over in extremely high winds and the glass cylinder smashed. I thought it would be hard to find a spare part but it was so easy to order from the Heat Outdoors website and it arrived really quickly and very safely packed. The heater is now good as new.

I found Heat Outdoors on Google. They have been helpful, quick and effective. the product i chose, Santini ECO Flame Gas Patio, is great. Very easy (much easier than the mushrooms) to light and use.

Purchase a replacement part for my Athena 13KW outdoor heater after storm damage. Excellent communication from order through to delivery including a post sales follow up. Recommended.

I first saw one of these heaters at the Pig- Hunstrete nr Bath and because of the vertical and spiralling flame, I knew I wanted one. On return home, I bought two which have performed well and amused several guests at functions we hold.

I bought 3 x Sherpa 13kw Gas Patio Heater with Cover and am more than happy. The heater looks great, really simple to assemble, and a lot more efficient than I thought. Really good heat all evening and the dial on my gas bottle hardly moved. Price was great and the delivery was quick... highly recommend.
