Got the 2.4 shadow fat boy heater, although on the pricey side , this is worth every penny ! The heat is incredible and very reasonable to run, this is definitely worth buying if you’re thinking about it, most definitely a game changer ! Highly recommended

A thoroughly positive experience for humans and pets too!
We’ve been using the heater for over two months now and we love it: it has greatly improved our enjoyment of our terrace even during England’s endless cold evenings. Our cat loves it too and now often sleeps outside in the evening under the heater if it’s on, and always looks up annoyed when it’s time to go to bed and we switch it off! It's been a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I recommend it to anyone wishing to enjoy outdoors more naturally without various layers of jumpers!

Spring/Early summer is here and we just…
Spring/Early summer is here and we just needed something to take the chill off. Our old 'fire pit' took ages to warm up and carried on heating the patio long after we went to bed.
The TULIP fire pit is perfect for this time of year providing a few nights each week BBQing in the garden I am just in awe of the simplicity a great product.

After discussing the efficiency aspects with Rachel and Ruth, I ended up buying 2 clear glass Shadow Crystal 600W Infrared Panel Heaters from Heat Outdoors.
They're absolutely brilliant, as was the customer service that I received from Rachel and Ruth.
So good, that I'm going to buy yet another infrared glass panel and use these which run at 14p/kwh instead of my gas central heating radiators running at +26p/kwh!
Well done Rachel and Ruth and thanks for all the help and support you provided in making my decision to buy these products.

Shadow Sidekick 1.2kw
I bought the Shadow Sidekick 1.2kw to heat my small basement flat. When it arrived, it was only working on the maximum setting. The customer services ladies were super helpful in assisting me with trying to get it to work via the remote on the lower settings, and then ended up sending me a replacement heater which works perfectly. The heater is great, exactly what I was looking for. The customer services team were really nice to deal with and fixed my problem quickly.

Excellent Service - I was pleasantly surprised when working with Heat Outdoors. We bought two heaters (Shadow 3kW) from…
We bought two heaters (Shadow 3kW) from Heat Outdoors for our restaurant terrace, expecting reliable products based on positive reviews. Unfortunately, the experience has been the opposite.
One heater arrived faulty, and while they repaired it, another stopped working entirely just after two years. Heat Outdoors sent a replacement motherboard, but our electrician found the wiring poorly designed, tangled, and dangerous. Ultimately, we had to send it back.
The second heater had a failed light bulb. Replacing it was nearly impossible, even for our electrician, due to the poor design and exposed cables inside, which could cause a short circuit. Both heaters had to be taken down during our busiest trading period in December, severely impacting our revenue.
Customer service quoted £399.58 for repairs, citing issues like exposed wiring — which should never have been present in the first place. When asked, the manager Martin, confirmed these heaters are made in China.
These heaters are poorly manufactured, costly to repair, and impractical to maintain. Simple fixes like replacing a bulb require you to send the item back to heat outdoors, and they charge you through the nose to repair. It’s a racket. Save yourself the hassle and lost business — invest in better-quality heaters elsewhere.

I am writing this reply more for other customers to read than in direct reply to the review. We go to such enormous lengths to keep customers happy and provide, not just with superb products, but exceptional service too. We are so proud of our 5 Star rating, it is genuinely disheartening when we are unable to resolve an issue.
Mr Morvaridi purchased 2 heaters from us in early 2022 and used them without incident in his restaurant Minas London for over 2.5 years. In fact he was so happy that, as recently as Feb this year he returned and made additional purchases from us.
When were recently contacted regarding a heater not working, it was well outside of warranty, yet despite this, we diagnosed the problem and offered to fix the heater free of charge if he could return it to us. Mr Morvaridi declined this offer and instead, asked us to send him the parts for his own electrician to make the repairs. We of course obliged and sent the parts out FOC arriving with him the very next day. His electrician, tried to replace the parts and, as we later discovered, destroyed the heaters in the process. The new motherboard had been rammed in so hard that it broke and snapped the switches. He failed to reattach the earth connection wire and, most critically, cut through all mains power cables (instead of undoing the connectors) inexplicably, reconnecting them with sticky tape. The heaters had been rendered unusable and extremely dangerous if used.
When the ruined heaters were returned to us at our request, we contacted Mr Morvaridi to explain the damage his electrician had done. We offered to do a complete restoration ie, replace every part except for the outer case for a cost of only £400.00. This offer generated an abusive conversation with our lead engineer and the 1 star review. I then personally intervened and offered to do the repair for half price (at a big loss to us), however, this was still refused.
With regards to the negative comments about our products being made in China; every high quality phone, PC and electronic product we all own is made in China. We use the finest state-of-the-art factories, quality technicians and have every certification and ISO quality accreditation. Additionally, I personally inspect them at least three times a year and, will be there again in January. In my experience, the majority of Chinese I have worked with for many years are wonderful loyal people, with a strong work ethic and, I am proud to call several of them my close friends.

Really disappointed - did not expect missing parts after paying premium price for 2 Santini Flame Heaters. There are errors in the Parts List and the Assembly Instructions. And the nuts are really hard to screw on - poor quality threading.
