Placed an order late evening a few days ago (24/11/2020). No email received to confirm order. After a couple of days of not receiving any communication from Healthy Peach I became concerned about my purchase so yesterday I googled the company and was horrified to read the reviews left by customers for Healthy Peach. I had not checked them out beforehand and could not believe I had been so stupid. Made a note to chase up goods in a week's time with the intention of getting my money back. The doorbell went today (28/11/2020) and the postman handed me my parcel from Healthy Peach. To be honest I was so happy as was not expecting to receive anything from this company after reading so many adverse reviews. My order was all there and everything was perfect. Can't thank them enough for this speedy order and most of all for sending my goods.

Like many posters on here I paid for some essential oils 6 weeks ago and have received no replies to my emails and find their phone number permanently engaged. Following a tip from another poster I am now going to see if I can raise a grievance with Paypal.

I have ordered from healthy peach before and always been satisfied. However, I recently ordered 2 hair colours. I received the wrong make and colour so tried to contact healthy peach. The telephone number is constantly engaged so I have emailed the address given in the contact Us on their website. I've sent 3 emails and still no response. Shocking customer service. Needless to say I won't be a customer again.

I ordered from this company before I read the reviews here and was very worried. I can't praise this company enough because my goods arrived three days after I placed the order and well packaged.
They don't seem to send a confirmation email which is a problem. They are based in the UK which isn't obvious from their website.

Only given one star because I cannot give Zero. Purchase earlier in the year satisfactory. Wanted to make another order but pricing inconsistent. Tried to ring but phone constantly engaged whatever time I ring. No e-mail address on website. Wonder if they have ceased trading. Can anyone confirm.

I placed two orders over a month ago. One arrived, the other has not. I have attempted to call them. The number on the website shows up as constantly engaged, no matter the time of day. I have sent an email to the GMAIL address listed as the contact and received no reply. I want my order, or I want a refund. But their response time appears to be never.

Same experience, no order, no communication, I ordered and paid on 5/10/20, it's now 28/10.
Contact Us on website is inactive, no response to phoning.
Don't waste your money!

Order has never arrived.I live in UK and ordered a box of Orthomol three weeks ago and didn't even received the confirmation email or anything. They don't even have an email address to contact, but only a phone number (which they don't seem to get at all) Money's just gone... this website is defo a scam.

I placed an order on Friday, 25th September 2020 and it was delivered on Monday, 28th September 2020 without any problem. After reading these mostly negative comments this morning, I wrote an email requesting a tracking number. However, before they even could reply, the postman knocked at my door. I am happy with my purchase but would advise the company to provide tracking numbers and/or name of shipping company to avoid negative reviews. It would also be helpful if reviewers let people know whether their purchases were made within the U.K. or overseas. I have had a lot of hassles with companies based in the Channel Islands, I never receive anything ordered from them and they don’t provide tracking numbers.

I ordered over €100 euro worth of products over 7 weeks ago now and haven't received my order. I've emailed 4 times and have heard nothing back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered 12 packs of hair dye and they sent the wrong ones. I have a severe allergy so cannot use what they have sent. The phone is permanently engaged and they do not respond to emails.

I ordered Naturtint hair colour and they sent Herbatint, a different brand and much cheaper than Naturtint. No one answers the phone not because the line is busy but because it is out of order (intentionally, I think). There is no invoice with the order. I suspect they are using robots to pack the orders.
Whereas up to now they have been reliable I will now never buy through them again. I'm going to recover my payment through paypal.

I ordered my hair colour, they took the money and said that the colour had been shipped, on the 29/7/20, it still has not arrived. The phone is engaged all the time, they do not reply to any email I have sent. I have now sent up a resolution with PayPal.

I ve ordered many items many times before and everything had arrived on time. Now Its been about two weeks since Ive placed my order, their website says COMPLETE BUT I haven't received anything yet. The only contact with them is a phone number BUT no answer :( I have rang 15 times already and will keep ringing.

I am waiting for my order since 30/05/2020 and It still says Processing. I called and emailed and still nothing.
Unacceptable! Will never order from them again.

I ordered Biocare methylated B vitamins from healthy peach. 2 bottles.
I am still waiting for them to arrive!!
I’ve emailed numerous times, called every day and am continually ignored!
I would never order from here again.
I’ll now have to take the time to get a reversal on my credit card for this charge.
Disgusting lack of customer service, absolutely appalling.
If anything goes wrong with your order, they do not want to know.
Avoid them please, I wish I had.
Completely unprofessional company.

I ordered Herbatint products and they arrived in 2 days. Very pleased with my purchase!

Edit on 11/6/2020 - the order arrived last week. The goods seem fine, and to usual quality. I will leave this review as three stars, given the delay before sending, and the fact that no information was provided on the delay to shipment, or its cause.

Edit on 29/5/2020 - they have emailed me today to say that my order has shipped. There is no tracking number, but I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and raising the review to three stars. I will update this review when the goods arrive, or indeed, if they don't.

I used them before, and they were fine, but this time, they took over £60 on 19th May, and, following initial confirmation, they have not even given an indication of an intention to dispatch. No update. Nothing. The telephone line is busy, and they have not responded to my email. Coronavirus is no excuse - an email takes a minute to write, and if many orders are late, then a note should be up on the website.

First order arrived on time. Second larger order has not arrived. Cannot get in touch with company. No emsil address and phone line always engaged!! Not good.
Wish I had read these comments first. Trying to claim my money back on credit card.

I ordered my goods before reading the reviews on here so was really concerned, also I received an email very soon after order confirmation to say items had been dispatched (even though it was evening!) so was a bit concerned. But my parcel arrived today after 5 days and all is good!
